The house has three floors. On the first floor, you will find a living room, dining table for 14 people, a fully equipped kitchen and guest WC. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms including one suite with shower and WC, one bathroom and WC, a laundry room and T.V. room with a sofa (double bed). On the third floor is the master suite: shower, jacuzzi, WC and large terrace.

At nearby Sdot Yam is a well renowned water-sports club whilst the Aquaduct Beach at Caesarea is popular for swimming. Concerts are on offer at Caesarea Amphitheatre.
