Caesarea is a cosy, peaceful little town, on the Mediterranean shore. In less than 5 minutes drive you will find: sandy beaches to relax and bathe, a golf course, a diving centre, horse riding, a modern large supermarket, fine and low cost restaurants, the renovated old town, the ancient town and archeological site and the Roman amphitheatre (performing all throughout the summer). And most important - it never rains in summer and sunshine is always there!

The Carmel region
Caesarea is situated 50 to the north from Tel Aviv. It is a big city, with lots of energy in the air, an endless variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs, open all night long, cinemas, theateres, museums, shops, boutiques and shopping centres and a beautiful seashore promenade and beaches.
Heading north from Caesarea you can spend a peaceful time in the Carmel Beach Coastal Region. It is hilly and rural, with the Haifa Gulf 30 kms away.
Caesarea area
Caesarea is a small town with a population of 4,200. It is one of the most upscale residential places in Israel. You can visit the Ancient archeological site of Caesarea, the old Port, the Roman hypodrome, ruins of the Roman Emperor palace, the acqueduct, the amphitheater, and the renovated old Caesarea with bars, cafes and restaurants, and relax on the beach.
