Parc Cefn Coed House is located just two minutes' walk from the blue flag beach of Dinas Dinlle. Quiet and peaceful, the house offers comfortable accommodation in a convenient location ideally situated for exploring Snowdonia, Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsular.
The house benefits from a games room (located in an outbuilding for soundproofing) with a pub sized slate bed pool table, darts board, stereo and bottle cooler. The garden is fully enclosed with a pond; views over open countryside to the mountain ranges are stunning.
Leading from the large living room with 50" plasma TV is a balcony with sea views. With two double and one twin bedroom, the house is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

We booked this holiday as we liked the area and had visited many times before. this was our first visit to this property but will not be our last: Views - spectacular - every window had something else to see. House - out of the way (which was fine with us) but close to the beach (a very short walk). very clean, everything provided. Kitchen well equiped. Living area spaciuos and well thought out. huge TV Games room - we had a good few games of pool and was a nice way to relax of a evening easy access to local amenities and a good central point to plan your welsh holiday from although we did not have any complaints we did mention that the outside light was not working and we received an e mail from the owners after our holiday informing us that this was too be fixed and their apoligies - it was nice to receive feedback from the owners who obviloiusly read their customers comments and take action WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS A CENTRAL POINT FOR THEIR HOLIDAY OR A PEACEFUL RETREAT TO GET AWAY FROM IT ALL. |

“The house was as we hoped from the website information – very comfortable, well equipped with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Being so close to the seaside (pebbles and plenty of sand) meant we could enjoy the beach whatever the weather because we could soon be back home to warm up with a hot chocolate after a dip in the sea. We could even pop down after tea if we'd been out all day at another attraction. Greenwood, Caernarfon Castle, Sea Zoo, the train up and walk down Snowdon all suited us well. The little airport was interesting and certainly not a disturbance. The garden and balcony were also attractive features that made this house unique. It was a novelty to have the games room (pool and darts). The shops, cafes and restaurants down the road gave somewhere to stroll or bike to along the seafront. The owners were helpful and friendly when arranging the booking by email. Even the cleaners were lovely arriving in plenty of time to start their job, but not hassling us. The 11am leaving time gave plenty of time to pack up and leave the house clean. The house is well away from traffic noise, but there wasn't miles of single track road to navigate to find the house. British weather meant were glad to have access to central heating included in the price as well as the washing machine and tumble dryer even on occasion. It was sunny enough to use the washing line in the garden as well. |

Great house, clean & tidy, thanks for the drinks -very nice ! Toby enjoyed the beach walks ( first time he'd seen the sea ) . Visited places that we've not been for years, our girls enjoyed the games room. we will be back next year and once again thank you.
