"What a wonderful place"

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Gilfach - wish we were still there! Greeted by friendly, helpful owners, who left us to enjoy the facilities but were there if we needed them. Property is as nice as the photographs suggest, we had beautiful sunsets nearly every night and the surroundings are tranquil and serene with the sea in front and hills and trees behind.
We were there with our 13, 11, and 7 year olds and all had plenty to occupy them as there is a thoughtful selection of books, DVD's and games to suit as range of ages and a good amount of outside space (enough for a football to be kicked in).
We enjoyed trips to the Llyn Peninsular to the beautiful beach at Whistling Sands, 35 minutes, (a beautiful unspoilt beach but with good National Trust toilets and shop with food, beach gear and souvenirs). Also good access to climb Snowdon (20 minutes by car, rather longer to walk to summit!), and lovely days at Beddgelert (30 minutes) and Betws (45 minutes).
Would thoroughly recommend this caravan to anyone.
We would avoid Dinas Dinlle beach cafe on a Friday early evening though as it gets rather rowdy!
