Recently opened (July 2009) this wonderful apartment is truly the ideal base to discover the beautiful walled city of Cadiz with its miles of golden, clean city beaches or stunning, shaded plazas set in a time gone by.Cadiz is a secret waiting to be discovered but only for the more discerning tourist.
The apartment is beautifully presented with top quality furnishings,a stunning lounge/diner, beautiful kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning and balcony.The main bedroom comes with a double bed and built in furniture plus a good sized en suite bathroom.The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has a single bed.In total the apartment is a very spacious 90 square metres. There is a lift supporting all floors and the rooftop sun-terrace which is equipped with sun-beds and has views across to the cathedral.
The beach Caleta is a genuine five minute stroll away and there are many plazas within a two or three minute stroll boasting some fine restaurants and bars etc.

Baby travel cots can be provided upon request.Prices include a weekly change of towels and sheets etc. There is a small dining set out on the balcony and the sun-terrace comes equipped with sun beds etc.

Calle Ancha is the most prominent pedestrianised shopping street in the capital and due to such is very quiet at night time due to the lack of vehicle noise.
As stated the apartment has its own balcony and the use of the large upstairs sun terrace.The nearest parking is the paid parking in Plaza San Antonio(one hundred metres away) although there are free parking spaces throughout the city centre(difficult to find) or out on the seafront (some 2 km away but normally easy to park).

We take a 50% holding deposit upon confirmation and then the balance is paid in cash when we meet on your arrival date and after we have shown you your apartment. We also hold a 100 euro deposit to prevent any excess damage for he duration of your stay which we return when we collect the keys from you.

The Costa de la Luz is the quiet, unspoilt costa compared to its cousin the Costa del Sol.This is where the Spanish themselves come on holiday to enjoy the endless stretches of golden beaches lapped upon by the fresh Atlantic Ocean or to loose themselves in the historic cities of Sevilla, Jerez and the old port city of Cadiz.Or discover the hilltop "whitetowns" or simply relax in the plazas and beaches of Cadiz.
In a recent report Cadiz has beem measured to have over 3000 hours of sunshine a year at an average of 8.4 hours per day putting it into the top league of year round destinations.
The Cadiz / Cadiz Old City area
Something for everybody. The beaches are very important throughout the summer months with locals and visitors making the most of he fabulous weather but the old city offers many shaded plazas and calles to find a nice cafe to chill over a bottle of local wine and some tapas.
The city also boasts a wealth of historical features with its rich past - the oldest civilisation in Europe - with Phoenians, Romans, Greeks all making port here and the huge galleons sailing for the New World of Mexico and Cuba (see the architectural similarities - its amazing). Trafalgar is only some 20 km away as well.
Its just an amazing city.

Calle Ancha is a beautiful pedestrianised street right in the heart of Old Cadiz.For access by car the closest point is Plaza San Antonio -some 100 metres from the apartments - which has a large underground carpark.If flying the nearest airport is Jerez (Ryanair) some 40 minutes drive away(Taxi 62 euros or our own pickup 40 euros).Seville airport(Ryanair and Easyjet) is an hour and a half away from Cadiz with regular bus and train services into Cadiz.Other clients have flown into Malaga(most national carriers) and hired a car (relatively cheap in Spain at the moment) or taken the four hour bus trip. Even Gibralter airport is an option - some 2 hours away. The high-speed train is about to begin connecting Cadiz to Madrid in some four hours.
