Provence is one of the most charming area in France. Cezanne, the famous painter, has painted it during his entire life with great admiration, especially for the architecture and beauty of nature. summer time is of course a great season to discover it, although people affectionate spring time and autumn very much for the sweetness of the colours. All around Cadenet, you can visit many other lovely and typical villages, with great castles, charming gardens.You can walk in the landscapes or through the woods from a village to another. Aix en Provence and Avignon, two of the most beautiful cities in France, are accessible in less that an hour .

You may visit the Abaye de Silvacane, the museums of Aix en Provence. In july and august, you will have the choice between many famous festivals. The opera festival of Aix en Provence, the Piano festival of La Roque d'Antheron, the theater festival of Avignon and many others cultural activities are held in summertime. You can also play golf, ride horses or play tennis very easily in the neighborhood.
