Bellmere on Richards Rural Getaway is a beautifully appointed 4.5 star boutique holiday home, offering a relaxed and stress free alternative to the hustle and bustle of city/work life. This beautiful property is suitable for all travellers who seek self catering accommodation icluding families, small sporting groups and business people.
We are located on five beautiful acres, yet only a short drive of the Caboolture CBD and Hub(7.8km) , Queensland State Equestrian Centre (9.8km), Bribie Island, local shopping centres (8km), restaurants, fast food outlets, movie theatres, bowling alley, markets and much more. The Moreton Bay Region offers a range of holiday activities that include skydiving, kyacking, water sports, fishing, beaches, whale watching, deep sea fishing, cruises, bushwalking, National Parks, wineries and international markets to mention a few.
Our home includes reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge/dining area only, ceiling fans in all three bedrooms, wrap around verandahs, all new appliances in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, three lovely bedrooms, indoor/oudoor dining & BBQ area, Foxtel, Flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, full laundry facilities, baby cot/highchair, change table with mat, a small library, off street undercover parking and more.
Three bedrooms include luxury queen size ensemble beds in two rooms and three single ensembles with all beds having luxury linen, electric blankets, mattress toppers, extra pillows. The rooms include built-in robes with full length mirrors, bedside tables, reading lamps, clock/radios, block out blinds & curtains, top and bottom opening windows to catch the breeze, two rooms have chest of drawers and the third has storage shelving in the robe.
Two luxury bathrooms include showers, vanity & toilet, hairdryers, liquid hand soap, toothbrush holders, towels, bathmats, hand towels, shower soap over vanity mirrors and make-up lights.
The property is self sufficient with tank water only (guests are asked to be water wise), solar hot water and a small dam. Our location has resident kangaroos and other wildlife such as native ducks and birds.
The acreage is quiet and peaceful with minimal noise and disturbance. There is a hammock under the shady trees to relax in.

"The facilities and surrounds really had the "WOW" factor - absolutely lovely."
The location was fairly handy to Caboolture and Morayfield, and being a few minutes out of town meant that it was beautifully peaceful and quiet. The scenery and wildlife were gorgeous. Vicki and Ke… More
