About the home

Costa Almond is set amongst stunning peaceful gardens and boasts a private solarium with BBQ and a terrace which is perfect for alfresco dining. The apartment is fully equipped with all mod cons, including a washing-machine and air conditioning.

A large privately situated pool with a children's area is at the side of the apartment.

The nearby Cabo Roig strip has many clubs, bars, restaurants and shops and the nearest bathing is on a blue flag beach with stunning views, great facilities and child friendly. This apartment is ideal for couples, families, and golfers as there are several golf courses nearby. Local tennis courts availible, water park,go karting and more.

The master bedroom is air conditioned and has a 6 foot by 6 foot bed. Double patio doors off the main living area lead onto the private terrace and if you are mising your favourite television programmes from home a TV se with 70 channels including 1,2,3 and a DVD player and playstation are provided.

The solarium area also has a shower & various plants have been positioned so as to provide privacy whilst maintaining a sea view. A roof canopy provides shade for the hammock or sun beds, and an outside sound system with radio and CD player completes this relaxing area.

In addition there is a Spanish stye BBQ.

Four bicycles from childs to adult size are provided.

Nearby peaceful gardens provide the perfect location to relax in and there is also a park for the children which is only a minutes walk away.

Outdoor activities include crazy golf, go- karting, waterpark and zoos within a short driving distance.Historic Spanish buildings and culture are also only a short drive away from the area.

A local hair dresser will visit the apartment if required.

The pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm, it has a large surrounding area with seating and showers ideal for the children.

All breakages must be paid for.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca region is located approximately half-way down the east coast of Spain and is a very popular tourist destination because of its excellent weather and the many great beaches which stretch for miles along the coast, not to mention the superb golf courses.

This area offers great variety with something for everyone. A few miles inland the unspoilt 'real' Spain awaits or you can stay on the coast and enjoy the hustle and bustle and nightlife of Benidorm or alternatively within a short distance you can visit the quaint, quiet fishing villages - the choice is yours!

Highest summer temperatures are about 40 degrees and the winter usually remains sunny and warm.

The Cabo Roig / Dahesa de Campoamor area

You are spoilt for choice with the fine cuisine and restaurants of Cabo Roig. It's no wonder that the locals choose to spend the warm evenings dining with their families in the resort. The restaurants liven up later in the evening, hosting vibrant, local entertainment and there are also a number of bars in the area which provide good quality, nightly entertainment for adults and children.

4 nearby golf courses provide the facility for all standard of player.

For the children there is crazy golf, swimming, cycling , fishing,parks,bouncy castles at the local Spanish bar, and a short drive or bus or cycle ridse away is the go-kart track,beach,zoo,water park.

A local market takes place on Friday , Saturdays and Sundays.

We recommend Ryan Air as they fly direct to Murcia airport which is only a 20 minute drive to the apartment although Alicante is only a 45 minute drive.

The main budget airlines are Ryan Air. Easyjet, Thompson Fly and Monarch, they are all are good but you need to shop around and look for offers to get the best deals.
