Our ‘Quad’ house is fully furnished to an excellent standard with private car parking to the front. Located in a quiet established area, 5 mins from great beaches, bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets.
This is a modern 2 bed, 2 bath villa with lounge/dining area, open plan kitchen with a large front patio downstairs ideal for long summer evenings. The master bedroom with additional balcony ideal for early morning sunshine is located on the first floor. The roof terrace attracts sun all day and is ideal for al fresco dining.
A communal swimming pool with childrens shallow section is located in front of the house and can be viewed from the front patio. Our side patio is ideal for those lunchtime barbecues

On entrance to the house there is a large patio area with table and chairs which lead into the large lounge/dining room with a fully fitted open plan kitchen, lounge/dining facilities are for 6 people and satellite television and music centre are provided along with a selection of books for holiday reading. W/C, wash basin and cloaks are on the ground floor.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


Cabo Roig sits on the Mediterranean coastline of the Southern Costa Blanca, it is renowned for its fine sandy beaches, its luxurious detached villas and its prestigious marina and it is perhaps the most exclusive resort along this stretch of the Costa Blanca coastline.
It is also provides easy access to the Spanish interior or other coastal areas ie Mar Menor
The Cabo Roig / La Regia area
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Cabo Roig that is situated approximately 8 kilometres south of the well known town of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca.
Cabo Roig and in fact the whole of the Costa Blanca, enjoys a wonderful climate and it is claimed to be the most temperate region in Spain. The area basks in well over 300 days of sun each year and enjoys an average temperature of approximately 20 degrees centigrade. There is very little rainfall in Cabo Roig and what does fall occurs mostly during the winter months.
There are approximately 28 beautiful blue flag beaches along the coastline, renowned for its standard beaches, clear waters and sunny climate. There are many of these beaches nearby to explore. These are either within walking distance or a short drive away. Choose to spend time at either one of the long sandy stretches of beach such as those at Pilar de La Horadada and Guardamar or one of the small sandy coves, such as those at Cabo Roig.
The nearest beach to walk to is the lovely sandy cove in Cabo Roig which is located in a beautiful setting; this will take less than 10 minutes walk.
Local amenities are also only a short walk away (within 5 minutes) – supermarket, gift shops, banks, doctors surgery and you will not be short of places to eat or drink, Spanish, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, English and Italian, all offer excellent value for money. There are many bars to stop and quench your thirst or where to enjoy a night out – English bars, Irish bars and Spanish bars.
Local markets are well worth a visit, supplying fresh fruit and vegetables and locally manufactured products. The nearest is located in Cabo Roig with several others within a short drive of the property.
