The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
If you are looking for Culture and Architecture or you want to shop, you must visit Murcia or Orihuela Costa... but please remember Siesta times..shops will be closed from about 1.30 to maybe 4pm...the Spanish love to lunch and relax, so join in and enjoy your self! Torrevieja has a market on a Friday....It's huge but great. Also there is a market in Play Flamenca on a Saturday..Fantastic but very busy! Torrevieja is also home to a harbour, a fair for the kiddies and adults! It also has a lovely afternoon/evening market with lot's of lovely stalls with local crafts, great for strolling around.
Cabo Roig area
Zenia Golf IV is a lovely private development of newly built (2004) houses and town houses built around two swimming pools, with children’s paddling section and attractive landscaped gardens which are for the exclusive use of residents. Our property is one of the larger/more spacious houses with full downstairs bathroom and upstairs en-suite. A 10 minute amble (500 metres) takes you to a pleasant cove like beach with soft sand, good bathing and a beach bar from April to October.
We are near to numerous bars and restaurants, only a five min walk...near but not too near! You will find Irish, Italian, Hungarian, obviously Spanish and the good old English breakfast! Most blue flag beaches have water sports, you can go horse riding, even go-karting, for young and old... my children love the go-karts!
Four golf courses are within a 10 minute drive from the accommodation. Villamartin which is a challenging course for players of all abilities with it's abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers. Las Ramblas which is a short course but very challenging with high trees and ravines. Campoamor is situated in two valleys and has magnificent views (you must have a handicap of 36 or below to play at Campoamor). La Finca is slightly further out, a new club house is being built to service the Spanish Open. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor. Golf clubs and buggies can be hired. All courses have 18 holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. Restaurants/cafeterias can be had where you can unwind with a meal and drink after your round.
La Manga which is a drive of approximately 45 minutes is a world famous golf resort. It has three 18 hole courses to choose from.
Most of the courses have a strict dress code.
Benidorm which is approximately an hours drive away boasts a beautiful and fun theme park "Terra Mitica" with white knuckle rides and more gentle rides for the little ones.

Further details indoors: The main bedroom is upstairs and has an en-suite and a solarium off the bedroom. Downstairs two further bedrooms have A/C and share a bathroom. We also have a put up bed to accommodate another guest. We do supply towels, but not for the beach.

The two shared swimming pools are available all year round. Please take note that rules have to be followed around the pool. As Zenia Golf IV is also a residential urbanization, we ask that consideration be taken regarding the residents and other holiday makers. The pool is open between 9am and 10pm.
Conditions
A deposit of £100 per week will need to be paid to secure the property. The remainder will need to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. Failure to do this will result in loss of deposit. A £100 refundable deposit will be needed in case of damages or breakages lost keys etc. Also a 50 euro cleaning fee to be paid in Spain.
