About the home

The town house is located in a quiet development, with a communal pool, and is just a 5 min walk from the busy Cabo Roig night life. Spacious, modern and comfortable, the house offers 2 bedrooms (double / twin), lounge, dining area, fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances. The lounge has a comfortable double sofa bed. Recently decorated to a high standard, this house provides an excellent holiday accommodation.

The beautiful cove beach at Cabo Roig is just a 12 min walk from the property. There are numerous other high standard beaches only a few kms north and south of Cabo Roig. A 15 min drive will take you north to Torrevieja, where you will find markets, good shopping and a large water park for the kids.

Murcia airport is a 15 min drive from Cabo Roig, Alicante airport is a 40min drive. For the golfers, there are 12 Championship courses within a 30 min drive of the house.

The lounge has a wall mounted 32" TV and DVD player.
There is an air con unit in each bedroom which has a remote control, both bedrooms have ample storage.
The bathroom has a shower, bath and bidet.

The villa has a patio area at the front with seating, this provides a lovely shaded area for meals and BBQ. The master bedroom has a balcony ideal for morning coffee. A private rooftop terrace provides ample space for sunbathing and relaxing.

( However, feel free to smoke in any of the outdoor area's)
There are sun loungers on the roof terrace, please do not remove.
Please do not remove bath towels or linen from the villa, pool towels are provided.
Pets are not allowed.
It is recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance.
Any accident of whatever nature occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the client, not the owner.

Conditions

To secure a booking a £150 non-refundable deposit is required. If booking is cancelled 6 weeks or less from your holiday date, then a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
We also require a refundable deposit of £150 to be held by the owner in case of any accidental damage which will be returned after the villa inspection following your departure. This will be repaid to you within 7 days of your return.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Located on the Southern Costa Blanca coastline is the popular and delightful seaside resort of Cabo Roig. Well loved for its superb sandy “blue flag” beaches, its stunning views of the sparkling blue Mediterranean sea, its picturesque cliff walks and its busy night life, Cabo Roig has plenty to offer the discerning holidaymaker. Generally quiet during the winter months, Cabo Roig comes to life around May time and is often busy right through to November. Cabo Roig attracts holidaymakers from all over the world but primarily English, Irish and Spanish (particularly those from the city of Murcia who love this stretch of the coast). The busiest months are July and August, the quietest January and February.

The Cabo Roig / La Regia area

Cabo Roig has a fine variety of shops, restaurants and bars, mostly centred around the well known Cabo Roig “strip” where there is plenty of choice for all ages and tastes. There are some fine restaurants for the discerning eater and also plenty of pub grub, fast food and takeaway establishments.

For those who get bored with just sitting in the sun there are lots of other activities to enjoy in and around Cabo Roig. The Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is always popular with the ladies and if they can’t find any bargains here then a trip to the massive Friday market in Torrevieja may be just what is needed. Torrevieja has lots of other attractions including the Aqua Splash park (Aquopolis), the wonderful promenade with its huge array of restaurants and ice-cream parlours, the craft market (held every day), the fun fair (great for the kids) and the new Habaneras shopping centre.

“Great family holiday” We had a lovely time in Cabo Roig. Hired a car at Murcia Airport and drove the short distance to the Villa with detailed instructions from the owner. We were met at the Villa and shown round the facilities. The villa itself is lovely with all the amenities you could ask for and the shared pool is a short walk round the corner which was always quiet and well maintained. It is a 5 minute walk to the main area of the town with plenty of Bars and places to eat and a further 10 minutes takes you to the beach. We also travelled around to the many towns nearby and visited the water park and zoo to name but a few. We passed many excellent looking golf courses which could be booked in the town and there are a selection of large supermarkets a short drive away or smaller ones within walking distance. We had no complaints other than it got too hot for my wife in the afternoon (so not really a complaint)
