Welcome to our newly built luxury family villa with 3 double size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. It is tastefully furnished throughout with quality furniture. The Villa overlooks the communal pool and is a 2 minute walk to the shops and restaurant's.
There is a covered terrace with table and chairs for "al fresco" dining, a table and chairs on the master bedroom balcony and sun beds on the roof solarium.
The lovely Blue Flag beaches are just 5 minutes away and for the golfers, a 5 minute drive will take you to three of the best golf courses in the area, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin.

The Villa has air conditioning in the master bedroom and lounge/ dining room/ kitchen, with fans in the two remaining bedrooms. All rooms have heating if needed for the winter months.
There is an LCD TV in the lounge with a DVD player and a small collection of DVDs, there is also an iPod speaker dock.
The Villa has 3 double size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and will sleep 6 people. It has a fully fitted kitchen and is tastefully furnished throughout with quality furniture upstairs bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and the 3rd has a chest of draws.

Please allow €50 for up to 4 guests (€60 for over 4) per booking for final cleaning, payable to the key holder/ housekeeper on arrival.

The remainder of the balance is to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure along with a security and key deposit of £150 which is returnable shortly after you return and the property has been inspected.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca and near by Costa Calida are situated on Spain's south east coast, belonging to Alicante province. We have two airports, Alicante and Murcia (San Javier). Alicante is the largest and handles flights from all over Europe and the UK. You can visit us in just over 2 hours.
The city of Alicante is situated about 45 minutes drive north of our villa at Playa Golf and is worth exploring with its magnificent harbour as well as its large choice of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. Here you will find a large range of shops and boutiques and many places of interest.
Murcia (San Javier) airport is to the south of our region in the largely unspoilt Costa Calida. The airport is just to the north of the Mar Menor with its huge choice of Leisure activities including water sports sailing and of course golf. The airport carries the name Murcia but the city of Murcia is actually 40k inland. The airport is also serviced by flights from major cities in Europe and many budget flights from the UK. The city of Murcia is well worth a visit for a sample of cuisine and value for money, which is harder to find on the coast. The Cathedral is Stunning!
The area has welcomed visitors now for many years of which many have decided to make the area their home. From Guardamar 15 km south of Alicante with its superb beaches and night market. The town is very Spanish in feel and the side streets hide some excellent value restaurants, to San Pedro del Pinatar at the top of the Mar Menor with its bars, restaurants and shops and a weekly street market. San Pedro del Pinatar also has an excellent marina which is popular with water-sports enthusiasts.
Elche is located to the north east of Player Golf. It is home to the largest date palm plantation in Europe, a quite unique example of Northern African agricultural practices in Europe and a direct heritage of the Islamic occupation of Spain towards the end of the first Millenia A.D. - it is one of the most visited cities in the Costa Blanca. The Palmeral of Elche was laid out at the end of the 10th Century A.D. at the same time that the Muslim city of Elche was built. It is a quite magnificent example of the agricultural ingenuity of the Muslim farmers.
The next major stop on the coast is the cosmopolitan and Spanish holiday resort of Torrevieja the small fishing village, which in the last 25-30 years has grown to a large vibrant town, it is now visited and lived in by people from all 4 corners of Europe. Torrevieja (name means old tower) is an old village with history from the 16th-century, at that time there were a number of guard towers along the coast to keep track of the enemy approaching from north Africa and other distant lands.
Here too are many things to see and do such as the excellent beaches of La Mata and Los Locos (The Mad ) in the north of the town to Mar Azul (Blue Sea) in the south. There is a harbour to stroll around and an ex Spanish navy submarine to visit. Market day is on Friday and takes over most of the town. Due to the many different nationalities, living together you can find almost any kind of restaurant that takes your fancy.
To the south of Torrevieja is the area of Playa Flamenca. With some of the best beaches in the region. This mixed with a large choice of modern restaurants and bars makes this a popular choice for both holiday and long term rentals.
The beaches of La Zenia, Cala Capitan and Campoamor very close to the villa, are maintained every day, and are safe for bathers of all ages.
The Cabo Roig / Lomas de Cabo Roig area
Cabo Roig lies in the most beautiful part of Spain in the province of Alicante and the southernmost region of Valencia. Within an hour’s drive of our villa are La Manga, Cartagena, Guardamar, Orihuela, Elche and the bustling coastal city of Alicante.
Cabo Roig has something to offer everyone. It’s surrounded by glorious olive, orange, lemon and almond groves. Vineyards are in abundance here thereby providing inexpensive local wines…. The nearby-refurbished marina (costing over 2 million Euro's) is home to Club Nautico de Cabo Roig, which hosts the Cabo Roig regatta every August.
For golf lovers there are 3 first class courses right on your doorstep - Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin are all only a 5 minute drive.
For beach and water enthusiasts there are 3 local beaches, all with crystal clear waters and awarded the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness. All sorts of water sports are on offer including sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, water skiing, windsurfing and even fishing.
There is a big aquapark within 10 minutes drive just north of Torrevieja. There are also theatres, cafés, bars, nightclubs and numerous restaurants.

As soon as we looked at the owner's website for this villa we knew it was the right place for us. The booking process was handled smoothly and any questions I had were answered quickly by the owner Chris. We were met at the villa by Steve from the management company and were given info on keys, alarm, air con etc. The villa itself was very well equipped, furnishings were very good and it was very clean. The master bedroom's bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage in both upstairs bedrooms. The first thing we noticed on arrival was how quiet the 'estate' was, and on speaking to some residents they told us that many of the villas were unoccupied, I think they said only 30 (approx) villas out of 100 had been sold, however they are all built. To be honest this for us was excellent as it meant the communal pool was very quiet (we usually had it to ourselves, and this was the last week of the school summer holidays!). The nearby commercial centre 'La Rhonda' looks a little run down to be honest and there are a lot of units closed or boarded up. The Irish pub was very popular and we ate there a couple of times (decent quality basic pub food and well priced drinks), there were also another two or three bars and probably two restaurants (Indian and Chinese). Not really a brilliant choice, but we had a car so did travel out and about on an evening. There are also a couple of bars on the side of the Aldi Supermarket (very well stocked, but no fresh milk), one had a pool table, children's toys, computers with internet access and an X Box. Great to keep our 7 year old occupied. However this was up for sale so may not be there in the future. The only slight negatives are -not much choice for restaurants if you don't have a car and can only walk to La Rhonda -the twin bedroom downstairs has drawers but no wardrobe and the shower room is very small. This didn't affect us as we didn't even use this room, but I personally don't think it would be suitable for say two families sharing, unless you don't mind sharing the upstairs bathroom and wardrobes -I know we were there in August, but it was very, very hot. There is air con in the sitting room and the master bedroom, but only fans in the other rooms. Our children's bedroom was unbearably hot during the night In summary we had a great week away in the sun at this lovely villa. It was very well equipped and very clean. We would definitely book again. |

We stayed @ this Villa for 2 weeks last Summer with our 2 Teenage children. The Villa is well suitated in the Complex and ideally located with views to the Communal pool. Local Commercial Centre & Aldi are only minutes walk, with the Vibrant Strip to cater for everyone needs only a short Taxi ride. The beaches on this coast are to die for, everyone better than the last. The Villa has everything you would want for a luxury & relaxing family holiday I would highly recommened. |

Loved the villa as soon as we arrived. Know the area and have friends very nearby which made it easier for us to choose this villa, however, the holiday excelled our expectations. The villa was like a home from home, everything was included that we could think of, the key holder was very helpful on arrival and departure making the start of our holiday a pleasure. You really need a car to be able to explore , Cabo Roig, Campoamor, La Zenia, Horadada, San Pedro to name but a few of the lovely nearby beaches. Restaurants recommend, Ma Maison in San Miguel (20 mins) set menu, spanish family run place, Asian restaurant next to Royal Oak just past La Fuenta was also excellent. Sampled the golf at Las Callinas and Campoamor got excellent deals on both, recommend going to different discount shops to check what prices available.All in all we had a fantastic, restful holiday and would certainly recommend if you are looking for a holiday where you can choose what you want to do.. |
