YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED - gorgeous apartment with all amenities easy walking distance - even the beach is at the top of the street!
Penthouse apartment, entrance through a BEAUTIFUL spanish wood door into the lounge. The lounge leads to a LARGE SOUTH FACING balcony with a sea view and overlooks the communal pool. The KITCHEN IS FULLY FITTED with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a DOWNSTAIRS SHOWER ROOM/utility. There is also a pantry where there are items for you to use, snorkel masks, children's toys etc
The attractive spanish stairs lead to THREE good sized bedrooms - one bedroom with a double bed, two with twin beds, these are all with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is also a luxury bathroom with shower over the bath.
The MASTER BEDROOM has access to IT'S OWN BALCONY and large south facing roof top solarium, this too has a view overlooking the pool. The pool has a children's area.
The apartment is SPACIOUS AND HOMELY. English TV, dvd player, books to read and a little welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk for your arrival. Towels are provided for inside use in the apartment only. Please bring beach towels.
Access to the apartments is through an automatic gate providing SECURE PARKING.
Easy access to all amenities are easy walking distance and one of the beaches is at the top of the street. Lots of cafes, shops and beach activities. Golfing, fishing and cycling are very popular! The free mud baths are a must for a visit.

Cabo Roig is suitable for all ages, mainly a quiet area with families and self catering apartments. Has all the amenities including lovely spanish shops, friendly bars, spanish bars, English, Spanish and German food available. For the lively there are bars which are open late into the night for families there is a great pub with outdoor play centre for the kids. In high season great entertainment on the beach or in the bars.
Great for walking and cycling and fishing.
Try the beach bars they have great tapas and sangria by the jug! They also do coffee and tea!
