The villa is spacious and is so designed to provide space and good living. With two terraces - one is ideal for sun worshippers and the other for those wishing an area for quiet reading, or pleasant dining.
There is a Moorish charm about Villa Rosa and the swimming pool is so designed to carry on this them. Confirmed by a number of guests as the best private pool they have seen.
There are ample subjects on the Costa Blanca for the artist. The hiker has considerable opportunity to walk along beaches and headlands fo miles and as you might have gathered, Villa Rosa is at Las Ramblas - one of the much favoured locations on the Costa, partly due to one of the really interesting Golf Courses to be found. Tee off a short distance away.
There are many shops and bars within striking distance and yet the villa itself can be a quiet haven. Brilliant to 'chill out' in luxury.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The vicinity close to Alicante is regarded by the World Health Authority as one of the healthiest places to live. That said, the exceptional amount of sunshine recorded in Cost Blanca gives it a head start on many locations and people in general really do seem to be happier. It probably makes sense! Add beaches galore along a fascinating coastline and it is to many the ideal holiday destination scenario.
This part of the world is not short of history and has its share of pleasant inland villages as well as the odd fishing village scattered around. Clearly with sunshine, water and pleasant greens......sport does play a part in the region. However, most just visit to just enjoy themselves....full stop.
Cabo Roig / Lomas de Cabo Roig area
There are shops galore in Torrevieja some twenty minutes or so drive and many others much closer for those wishing for retail theropy. One is spoilt for choice when is comes to bars and restaurants whether you would wish for local spanish cuisine, internaitonal or speciality restaurants. Swimming, walking, fishing and golf are just some of the many activities in this vibrant location with local people normally displaying courteous charm.
Of course, it is generally accepted that the pace of life is so much slower in Costa Blanca and most visitors slip into that mode after a very short time. Enjoying a little chilling out - might be the order of the day!!!
How to get there
Alicante Airport is a drive of approximately one hour and Murcia Airport is just over thirty minutes. The former airport is served from the UK by Easyjet and Monarch as well as a host of other airlines form Europe in particular. Murcia is served by Easyjet and Rynair - also by one or two other European carriers. Alicante has a full international service whilst Murcia being somewhat small has fewer carriers. Fares are quite competative and frequently one can obtain good deals - particularly off season. Many well known car hire ccompanies are represented and can be accessed on line.

Further details indoors: Villa Rosa is a much admired 'home' providing virtual perfection for an enjoyeable holiday. Moving into the spacious lounge area with comfortable sofas you move easily to the dining room with a well appointed kitchen adjoining and with virtually all mod cons available. The dining room has french windows leading straight onto the shaded terrace for outside dining (should you wish) which enables you to have perfect views over the beautiful designer swimming pool and bbq. Flowing shrubs, orange and palm trees endorse the fact that you are in an area enjoying more than its fair share of sunshine throughout the year.

The main small town is Cabo Roig (about seven minutes away by car) close to the beaches and is renowned for having a superb nightlife for those wishing to participate. It is the home of many restaurants and bars and general entertainment. Wihin a very short distance, however, there are a range of bars and restaurants including those of high quality proving international cuisine - one of which is regarded as having outstanding beauty. For the athletic and swimmers Campoamor, which is some ten minutes away by car has one of the finest beaches around and is well worth a visit. Next door is a small marina for the sailing enthusiast.

Bookings are for one week or above and guests may occupy the Villa any time after 2 pm and depart by 10 am please to allow for housekeeping in accordance with the booking conditions.
