About the home

Las Calitas is a Luxury Front line development completed 2008. It has a landscaped gardens with waterfall and a kidney shaped pool with fountains and full sea view. The apartment is on the third floor (lift) with a spiral staircase leading to 2 sun terraces with fantastic views of both the mountains and the sea. There is a lounge with sofa bed and balcony off, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms- the master has a king size bed and the other has twin beds.

There are numerous restaurants, shops and bars close by and there are two sandy beaches about a 15 minute walk away. In less than 20 minutes there are shopping centres, a water park, 6 golf courses and the Mar Manor inland sea.

The pool area has a sea view and is fully landscaped with changing rooms, benches and parasols. There is a separate central garden with a waterfall. Reastaurants, bars and shops really are only a 2 minute walk and it is only 10-15minutes to the beaches. We have arrangements for airport pickups as you could stay here for a week and never need a car.

-Smoking only on the balconies please.

-A refundable breakages deposit required on arrival to be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.

-25% of rental fee due on booking to secure.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

There are a whole host of things to do in the area-several golf courses,markets in most local towns with a huge one in Torrevieja every week.Benidorm has 2 excellent theme parks and is only 1.5 hours away.Alicante is a major city with a good selection of shops and museums.The Mar Menor inland sea is 20 minutes away and has superb water sports.

The Cabo Roig area

Cabo Roig is a beautiful and desirable resort. Renowned for its clean sandy beaches, its lovely marina and its excellent strip of 40 bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.Waterpark in Torrevieja.Go-karting 10 mins away.Golf courses everywhere.Several beautiful sandy beaches with watersports and bars.

-You can fly to either Murcia or Alicante airport, Murcia is nearer, about a 15 min drive but Alicante has a better range of airlines flying there and is around 40 minutes drive along the motorway.

-Car hire varies depending on the time of year so a google search is often the best way to compare prices.
