Fabulous spacious bright and welcoming villa located in the quiet residential area of Lomas de Cabo Roig, La Casa del Cielo Azul is close to several superb golf courses and the beautiful beaches of Cabo Roig. Nearby there are shops, bars and restaurants with the famous Cabo Roig Strip being a short Taxi ride away. It is also convenient for access to local attractions and to both Murcia and Alicante airports.
It is available for limited rental to select guests who want something more than run of the mill accommodation.
Briefly the villa offers a spacious lounge, fully fitted kitchen, master
bedroom with king size bed and two further bedrooms with twin beds. For your convenience there is a family bathroom upstairs and a separate shower room/utility area on the ground floor. The tastefully furnished home also benefits from Air Conditioning / Warm air Heating and Satellite TV which is also linked to the master bedroom.
Outside the grounds are terraced In addition to which there is a private shaded
area, a balcony off the main bedroom and a rooftop solarium accessible from inside the house.
The communal pool, which is adjacent to the property, has a large grassed sunbathing area and shallow and main pools.
This property is perfectly situated to accommodate a variety of holiday makers with beautiful beaches nearby, a fantastic choice of local golf courses and a massive choice of bars and international restaurants a short (5 minute) drive away as well as a selected range of local stores, bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

This a delightful well proportioned villa benefitting from a superb fully fitted open plan lounge / kitchen area and three separate bedrooms all of which are tastefully furnished.
The upstairs bathroom benefits from all usual facilities, whilst the downstairs shower room/WC also doubles as a utility room with built in washing machine.
The lounge benfits from 32" LCD TV, satellite TV and both CD and DVD Players. There are a large selection of films/books and CDs for guests use. No additional charge is made for use of Air Conditioning.

The exterior of the property is fully ballustraded and landscaped with tables and chairs. Additional chairs and tables are available for the villa vestibule and master bedroom balcony. There are also table, chairs and parasol for use on the solarium. Cushions and additional toys for children (bats, balls etc) are housed in the storage chest under the solarium stairs.
The main ground floor external space also houses a gas fired Barbecue and the gas bottle has recently been replaced for this season. Tools for cooking can be located in the main kitchen storage areas.

A deposit of 100 pounds will be required before bookings are confirmed. Our property manager will greet you on arrival, show you around the property and explain how everything works.
Conditions
* Smokers are welcome to use the external areas however for the comfort of children and other users strictly no smoking inside this property.
* A refundable deposit is required and will be returned within two weeks of your stay. Minor breakages (cups, plates, glasses etc) may be replaced when shopping in Carrefour to save any loss from your deposit.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The World Health Organisation name the Costa Blanca area in their top 10 of healthy places to live. There are numerous 'Blue Flag' beaches along the coast all offering something different, from sandy coves to popular activity beaches with long walkways. The area is well kept and caters for a truly international clientelle with a vast choice of excellent restaurants, bars and leisure facilities. Excellent 'championship' standard golf courses are but a short drive away as are a range of fantastic places to visit from places of Historic interest to bustling shopping areas and night life. A bus can be caught locally that will take you to Torrevieja, Alicante or even Benidorm. Some of these trips are free, as long as you can suffer a stop at a local factory!
I can personally reccomend a trip to Cartegena which has a great range of historically important buildings a spectacular harbour and museums of life during WW2
The Cabo Roig area
There are a fantastic range of local activities from which you can select including horse riding; go-karting; scuba diving and sea fishing, not to mention sailing; shopping and of course dining.
Local leisure facilities include a range of gymnasia, tennis courts, saunas, bars and restaurants.
Torrevieja has it's own water park and there is another in Quesada which is only a short drive away.
The forests of Elche are also worth a visit, as are many of the local town and villages including San Miguel and Bigastro.
There are a whole range of Markets in the area and it is definitely worth a trip out to buy farm fresh food or browse at the many other goods on sale. be warned though, you must barter to get good prices on non-food goods.
