This beautifully decorated and furnished ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is only minutes away from the Dehesa de Campomor Club House and is furnished to the highest standard with attention to detail in all rooms throughout. It can be noticed by the vast area of living space which is so necessary when you are on vacation
The living area is furnished to seat 8 for relaxation in the evening and is design to offer warmth and comfort and at the same time spacious enough to entertain your guests around a superb dining table laid for 6 persons.
The kitchen is extra-ordinarily large with every possible appliance required to prepare a banquet feast in style. the hob unit uses natural gas which is unusual for Spain.
Located off the main living area you will find the fabulous double bedroom with separate own bathroom en-suite, delightfully furnished to provide comfort and a feeling of real relaxation. A further spacious bedroom (with single twin beds) with bathroom compliments this beautiful and well design apartment.
Offering both hot and cold air-conditioning to compliment the cool evenings and mid day sun, this exquisite property provides everything you would want during your vacation.
There is no need to pack cork screws/bottle openers, electric adaptor plugs or hair dryer as all of these are made available to you in the apartment.
Your dedicated Hosts will always be at the apartment for your arrival to greet you to Stephanie irrespective of your arrival time. If there is no incoming client on the day of your departure, your time of leaving the apartment for the airport will be flexible. (This is a complimentary service - no charge applied)
On your arrival you will be introduced to the facility available in the apartment and any questions you may have about the local area, beaches, shops, supermarkets and night life will be answered and always feel free to call them for advise at any time during your stay.
During your vacation, your Hosts will provide you with a 24 hour emergency telephone service in the event of accident, sickness or other urgent problems and will take you to the local medical centre if need be and will return you to the apartment after treatment. (This is a complimentary service - No charge applied).
For families who will be arriving late, your host Gerry will ring you 2 days prior to your vacation starting, provide her with a list of supermarket items of your choice and all you pay is the supermarket receipt. (This is a complimentary service - No charge applied).
For those of you who will be receiving and making calls to the UK, to reduce your cost we can provide you with a Spanish Pay-As-You go mobile phone, rental for the week is €10.00 + €15.00 euros top up card. The number can be supplied to you well in advance of your vacation.

The entrance to Casa Stephanie leads directly in to the hallway with the separate kitchen to the right, bedrooms to the left via a further hallway and to the living and dining areas directly in front of you. The living area is superbly spacious and quite unique to these properties located at Campoamor Golf Resort. So comfort and space is the setting for families who wish to relax and enjoy their vacation without the confinement of a small living and dining area.
The kitchen is superbly finished in white cupboards and quite unique again to this property is cooking with Natural Gas which is not common in Spain. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the essential equipment to prepare your daily meals making Casa Stephanie home from home.
Tbe bedrooms and bathrooms are located away from the front room and kitchen area provide additional privacy.

To the rear of the apartment is a large terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers and around the edge of the terrace is a small mature garden, an idylic setting for relaxing evenings whilst entertaining guests. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and exhilarating with the Campoamor Golf Club House clearly in view.
To the front of the apartment are mature gardens which have been superbly designed and well maintained by the community gardener.
A short walk away is the Community swimming pool with high quality sunbeds available to all clients staying at this beautiful apartment.
Close by is the Campoamor Club House and 4 star Hotel providing beauty treatment and spa facilities, Gymnasium as well as an indoor heated swimming pool.
Close to the entrance to the Golf Complex are new bars, restaurants and banks, these can be reached in roughly 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

There is a no smoking policy inside of the apartment, smoking is confined to the Terrace area
Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival date
A charge of 65.00 euros to be paid to your host on arrival for laundry and cleaning
Airport transfer is available to non drivers or large families
Your Host will call you 2 days prior to your arrival in Spain to ensure everything is in order and will be happy
to provide essential food items in the apartment, receipt presented for payment..

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking
Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arriving at Casa Susan
A €100.00 euro deposit is payable on arrival and returned on departure if no breakages found
There is a €65.00 euro charge for Laundry and Cleaning in additional to your vacation charge
There is a no smoking policy in the apartment, for those that do smoke there are ash trays provided on the terrace.
We accept payment via Pay Pal, Bank Transfer, Sterling Cheque or Cash on arrival for late bookings
"Meet & Greet" service is complimentary irrespective of your arrival time.
Late departure is flexable - there is no supplementary charge, time to be agreed with your hosts.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


This area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its therapeutic qualities, this is due to the mineral content present in the sea water and lakes. It also has an ever growing population of orange and lemon groves which are far and wide spread out across the whole area.
Not too far away by car Alicante Province and the old towns of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja provide an interesting glimpse into real spanish life and with their amazing beaches, bars, restaurants and shops only a short distance from the apartment this is a great place to holiday.
Torrevieja town has lots of ways to stay entertained ,, boasting facilities such as 10-pin-bowling, Aquapark, 6-screen cinema, indoor swimming pool, disco´s and many other attractions to choose from.
The new Habaneras Shopping Mall has recently opened next door to Carefour Supermarket, next to the supermarket you will find a superb range of international restaurants.
The Cabo Roig / Dahesa de Campoamor area
Campoamor offers top quality golfing its 18 hole golf course is among the best,There are many other golf courses such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La-Finca and La Marquesa , these are within 5 to 20 minutes drive from the apartment, making it a perfect place to start your quest for a hole in one!.
You will find a large supermarket and shops only minutes from the apartment. The village square at Villamartin offers a peaceful setting for evening relaxation and hearty meals. The beach is only 5 minutes drive from the apartment, so relax unwind and soak up the sun.

The apartment is well located and the facilities are good. It was tastefully decorated and had a good, well equipped kitchen. The accommodation was light and airy but lacked a good air conditioning system. The mobile air conditioning in the bedroom is very noisy so not good for sleeping in. It is close to the swimming pool. We did encounter a good few cockroaches during our stay, probably one a day, which was not nice. We found them in drawers and the bathrooms and bedrooms which was quite unpleasant. I think the cleaning was a little poor to be honest but I don't know enough about cockroaches to state that it was the dirt they enjoyed. |
