Bella Vista is situated on a quiet residential road on the peninsular of land known as old Cabo Roig, often referred to as one of Spain's best kept secrets. This traditional Spanish property is extremely comfortable and well looked after, being primarily the holiday home of the owners. The development is small, friendly and secure has a stunning pool area- as you can see by the photos -and is only a 2 minute walk from the Blue Flag Beach of Cabo Roig with its own Marina.
This first floor apartment benefits from its own communal pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. A private garden area, overlooking the pool and gardens,, with table and chairs for al fresco dining, adjacent to the steps over looks the pool, surrounded by the very well stocked and well cared for communal gardens in this very popular gated community. With one double and one twin bedroom plus a sofa bed the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding areas to see and do during your stay.
The sitting room is a bright airy room - large picture windows can be opened up allowing lovely sea breezes - and is furnished with a long sofa bed, a cane chair and sofa for extra seating together with 2 side tables and a large coffee table. The dining table is placed in the window area and has lovely views to the sea.
For families we offer a travel cot and high chair and we are able to hire other nursery items for you from a reputable local company.
For those who have stayed with us before I'm delighted to tell you that there is now a new washing machine and a new cooker, we've updated all the bedside lights and everywhere apart from the 2 bedrooms (and they will be done very soon) has new curtains, so we feel we are offering a fresher and more updated apartment now!
An ideal place to forget driving - within easy distance of all you need, the coast bus service route is only 10 mins walk away. Steps away from the beach and, at the nearby marina, you have a choice of a cafe/snack bar or a restaurant (also sunbeds, umbrellas or just a drink whilst watching the sun go down!) There is a local supermarket, again a short walk.
The holiday resort of Cabo Roig is only a 10 minute walk away - with a wide ranging choice of bars and restaurants, evening entertainment and evening market . There is also a local market on Thursday mornings - great for fresh produce and ambling along for souvenirs of your holiday.

The Valenciana region
The apartment is within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants serving fast food to gourmet. These offer a wide range of cuisines - Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Italian, English and more. Lots of the restaurants have entertainment during the summer months.There are banks and shops selling all essential groceries, clothes, souvenirs, beach gear etc close by and a medium sized super market also within walking distance. Also nearby is a 24hr Medical centre.
The nearby coastal road (N332) runs from Cartagena in the South to Alicante in the North, Buses run along this road if you want to venture further afield.
Nearby Torrevieja is a lively town with a water park, evening fun fair, markets, shops, restaurants, banks, clubs, a port and promenade. There is also a further water park inland at Quesada. Tennis can be played at the local club (5 minutes walk).
Within 10 - 30 minutes drive there are 4 golf courses - Campomao, Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Las Colinas-, a nature reserve, salt lakes, Go-kart track and much more.
The range of activities in the area are suitable for both children and adults, it is the perfect place for a beach holiday, a family holiday, an active holiday or a golfing holiday.

"Awesome position and pool"

I am glad that you enjoyed your stay and we have discussed options for you for the future so you are in a quieter position for your young child. I am so glad you are happy with the service you received but shocked at your comments re the furniture. The property is older and the furniture isn't brand new but certainly it isn't dirty and comments we normally have are on how clean it is! We do advertise it is a traditional Spanish property and the cost reflects that it isn't a modern property but we do think cleanliness and the location are what makes us special and our guests have usually agreed with us, hence the number of repeat bookings we take.
We will try harder to make sure you have what you need propertywise next time!

"Great location and accommodation. Terrible service from owner."
The accommodation is very well sighted near to beach and on a clean, well run complex. The apartment was clean and comfortable though slightly muddled as far as crockery and utensils were concerned. Although stated on the itinery, there was no hairdryer and the toaster only worked after a lot of manipulation. These faults could be overlooked because of the pleasantness of the apartment. The owner was a completely different matter however. I sent my cheque off promptly and a fortnight later had to phone for an acknowledgement of him receiving it and of the procedure of obtaining the keys. We received an email three days before we were due to fly out, telling us the keys would be with us by the next day ,when they duly arrived. When we arrived home, a week later, I posted the keys straight back to him and awaited my refundable £100 deposit in case of breakages. It is now 29 days later and after my phoning and emailing him ,I am still waitng for my cheque. It is unfortunate that a lovely holiday experience should be marred by the owner's inaptitude to run his business properly.
8th August 2013 - The owner has asked that I now manage the property for him as he realises that, as a self employed person working very long hours, he wasn't able to give the apartment the time it deserves. Please accept my apologies on his behalf. I have a lot of experience dealing with rentals and hope you will contact me quoting the date you stayed at Bella Vista as I do not have contact info for you and I would like to offer you a special discount - which I hope you will accept - to try again for what I know will be a far more positive experience as well as a relaxing holiday in a superb spot!
