About the home

This is a south facing villa with only 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to shops, lively bars and restaurants of the famous Cabo Roig strip.
This property has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This spacious accommodation is perfect for couples,families and golfers. It has lockable double gates making it safe for children to play.

There is a large communal pool close to the villa and there is also a kiddies play area and many major golf courses nearby.

Both bathrooms are of good size,one with walk-in shower and the other has bath/shower.
There is an electronic safe within the property.
Linen and towels are provided, but not beach towels.

On request, a meet and greet service is available from both airports.
A representative will also meet you at the property and there is a welcome pack provided.

Refundable breakage deposit of €100 required on arrival, to be refunded on departure.
(subject to satisfactory property inspection).
