A marble staircase leads to the upstairs sun terrace which is furnished with two long sun loungers perfect for sunbathing together with table, chairs and parasol for your afternoon refreshments. The well maintained communal pool is just a few metres from the property, it provides sunbathing areas and loungers for your use.

It's simply a wonderful place in which to enjoy life and feel rejuvenated and refreshed.The Costa Blanca's attractions lie in it's beauty - the amazing blue Mediterranean waters, the lovely sandy beaches, the old towns and villages with their old narrow streets, the restaurants and bars where one can sit and relax outside because of the wonderful all-year round climate.
Cabo Roig area
A 5 minute picturesque walk leads you along the promenade to the Med Sea at La Regia beach where you can enjoy private secluded coves away from the busier beaches. There is also a children's play area along the walk. A 5 minute car ride will lead you to the sandy Cala Capitan beach in Cabo Roig.
Three large championship golf courses within a 10 minute drive or if you want to venture a little further (30 Minutes), you can enjoy golfing at the famous La Manga course.
