This modern apartment is superbly furnished to a high standard with everything you need to make your holiday go as smoothly as possible. This beautiful apartment comprises 2 bedrooms- one double and one twin bedded with 1 bathroom and 1 w.c. The living room is comfortable with leather sofas to relax in after a long, hot and happy day doing whatever you want to do (swimming and enjoying the local beaches (see photos as they are beautiful), visiting some of the fascinating medieval cities nearby, enjoying haggling in the local markets, or watching the local wildlife, such as the pink flamingoes, nearby). Or why not watch the sun go down drinking cocktails on your own terrace or the roof garden with some lovely views, followed by dinner under the stars?
Satellite TV and Dvd player provided (bring your own dvds). The living room and dining room seat 4 comfortably. You will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and everything you need to prepare meals, even down to a colander!. Washing machine, iron and ironing board provided. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. But you don't have to cook, as restaurants are just a few minutes walk away with entertainment if you wish.

The apartment is situated in a quiet part of this landscaped development. Excellent communal swimming pool only 2 minutes walk away. It has a south facing terrace with chairs and a table ideal for breakfast, evening drinks and meals together with a south facing garden for your sole use.
Two parasols, one small and one large, two folding chairs and a mat are also available for the beach.
Keys are provided to the guest for this property on the understanding that they are responsible for it whilst they are staying in it.
There will be a charge for any lost keys and responsibility for any other expenses in relation to replacing locks, locksmith call out charges etc.
We will deliver to you all the information you need by email prior to arrival. It is important that you follow the instructions we provide to avoid confusion - please read them. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of changes to your email address and/or telephone numbers and any flight information you have provided to us.
Check-in is after 16.00 and departure by 11.00 unless any special arrangements have been made as these times may be flexible. Late check-out may be possible but must be agreed with us before the date of departure.
The property will be checked for any damage on departure and any costs incurred will be advised at this time.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or using Paypal or debit/credit cards.
A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of booking and the final balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the final balance within this period may result in cancellation of the booking and the loss of deposit. A 100% deposit is required if the booking date is within 28 days of arrival.
We request a security deposit of £125 (€145) payable at the same time as the rent. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure subject to satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
If the behaviour of any of the guests is unacceptable, then we reserve the right to ask them to leave the property and/or terminate the rental agreement immediately.
Cancellation of a booking will result in loss of deposit in all cases. Cancellation of a booking within 28 days of arrival will result in payment of 50% of the total booking value. Any amount already paid above 50% of the booking value will be returned.
Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any accident, injury or damage, and any related expenses which are incurred whilst staying in the property.
It is recommended that Travel Insurance cover is taken out before arrival with adequate cover to meet any possible expenses either medical, consequential or third party.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
The south Costa Blanca area is well known as an area offering something for everyone with its blue ribbon beaches, interesting historic towns and most importantly the microclimate means sunshine and warmth all year round. This area offers one of the most complete holiday areas around.
The coast around La Manga has become one of the most important resort areas of what is called the "Costa Calida" or the Warm Coast together with Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. For those with activity in mind there is sailing, snorkelling/scuba diving, climbing, flying and a range of super golf courses to suit both the amateur and the professional player.
For those more interested in cultural aspects of this area there are a number of historic towns nearby with fascinating histories and many buildings and museums to visit. These include Elche (a palm lined town) with La Calahorra a fascinating fortress from the 7th century within the walled part of the city. Murcia and Cartagenia also offer fascinating historic buildings to visit.
The Murcia region is famous for its agriculture and this has led to the availability of a rich Mediterranean diet and with its closeness to the sea, fresh seafood also forms an important part of mealtimes. Murcia is also becoming a strong competitor in the world of wines - a must to accompany a good meal!
The area between Torrevieja and La Manga has its own microclimate and this with the beneficial environment created by the salt marshes in Mar Menor has made this area well known for its relaxing and healthgiving holidays.
Apart from this there is an amazing variety of wildlife to be seen including the fantastic pink flamingoes that can be seen on the salt lakes within the locality!
There are four superb golf courses available nearby, the Villamartin Golf Club offering excellent design which, with the variety of its18 holes, will make your golf most enjoyable and encourage the use of the 14 clubs in your bag. Its quick greens are always to be found in perfect condition. The golf course at La Marquesa is located in a valley between two mountains. All players love this course of wide fairways, channels, lakes and obstacles. An easy course that will not make you feel uncomfortable. At Las Ramblas de Orihuela you will find this located near the Mediterranean shore.This is a course that demands high precision because its fairways and greens are not very large. The Campoamor Royal Golf Club is suited for professional and amateur players with its challenging long and wide sloping fairways. All in all a golfer's paradise.
For those interested in watersports sailing is well catered for along this coast with the Marina at Torrevieja and in Mar Menor. Snorkelling and scuba diving are popular sports in this area particularly with the superb diving around the spectacular peninsula of Cabo de Palos. There is also scuba diving tuition and trips from Santa Pola to the historic island of Tabarca which is the centre of a spectacular marine reserve which you can view through a glass bottomed catamaran.
There are many festivals in this area but one of particular note is that of The Mystery of Elche which takes place on 14th and 15th of August. This is a re-enactment of the life of the Virgin Mary and has been taking place in Elche since 1632. With its Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque melodies and use of all aspects of land and air this festival is well know to be a very emotional experience.
