Home description
Second Floor Apartment in a delightful complex right on the sea front, beautiful landscaped gardens with palm trees, flowerbeds and water features. A large communal pool with a jacuzzi that directly overlooks the Mediterranean, outside BBQ areas, children's play area and 3 floodlight tennis courts. The apartment is well equipped, with a spacious lounge with patio doors that lead to a large terraced balcony. The nearest beaches are less than 10 minutes walk away. This complex was completed in July 2004 in the Cabo Roig area. There are stunning views across to the Mar Menor basin towards La Manga peninsular and towards the local Cabo Roig beach. The complex is secure with locked gates, intercom and is fully accessible with ramps and lifts to all floors for wheelchairs and pushchairs. . Right outside Calas de Campoamor is a promenade that runs along the coast with access to the rocky coves below. There are a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, banks and internet cafes just across the road on what the locals call 'the strip'

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Alicante province has one of the best all round year climates as advised by the World Health Organisation. Torrevieja boasts a large water park, Aquopolis, that has everything to keep the kids happy from water slides to wave pools, there are special areas for toddlers. A 10-15 drive takes you to Pola Park in Santa Pola with it’s a brightly coloured fun park with over 50 attractions including pirate boats to mini cars. Benidorm has several attractions, one of the areas most exciting theme park is Terra Mitica, the park is owned by Warner Brothers & is suitable for 10 years & over. It has everything from thrilling roller coasters to huge water slides. All this just an hours drive away. Gaudalest with it's spectacular waterfalls in the mountains is a must.
Aqualandia is Europe's largest water park with exciting rides such as Black Hole, Rapids & the highest water chute in Europe Big Bang. Mundomar is a large marine & exotic animal park where dolphins, sea lions & even parrots perform spectacular shows.
Cabo Roig area
Calas de Campoamor is located in Cabo Roig, which is a district on the Orihuela Costa in the province of Alicante. The lively town of Torrevieja is 10kms North, providing Nature Parks, Aqua Park, fun fair, a Friday market, beaches, a port, clubs, promenade, an array of shops and restaurants. Other towns within an hours drive are the bustling, historic town of Murcia and the beautiful city of Alicante. Cabo Roig and the surrounding areas have become one of the most sort after resorts on the Costa Blanca!

Further details indoors: The bedrooms are bright and airy with large fitted wardrobes in both, ceiling fans in both. Fully fitted extensive kitchen with utility area leading off, complete with washer & laundry facilities. The bathroom is fully tiled in marble with bath, overhead shower, wc and bidet. A sofa bed (taking occupancy to 6persons), another sofa seating 2. Other items provided: hairdryer, iron, ironing board, gas heater, ceiling fans in both bedrooms & fan heaters for the colder months. Table and chairs for the balcony terrace, for dining al-fresco. Bed linen & towels are provided but clients must bring their own beach towels. Nursery equipment is available for hire - cots, strollers, toys etc. - payable on arrival.
Further details outdoors: A large pool with a children’s pool area and a jacuzzi, also in the summer a life-guard is present, 3 floodlit tennis courts, a play area for children and communal BBQ areas.
Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required to secure booking. This deposit will be refunded within approx. 14 days of departure, following a damage & breakage check by the key-holders, if an excess clean is required the amount will be deducted. Property is to be vacated at 10.00 am on day of departure, but every effort will be made to allow clients to stay in the property for as long as possible on day of departure. This will depend on information given by incoming clients and those departing. The Rental Rate is to be paid in cash (euros only) on arrival to the key-holder
