Home description
Apartment is in a quiet & peaceful location, yet only a 10 minute walk from bars & restaurants & 15 minutes from the beach. Balcony with table & chairs overlooking the communal pool & lovely seaviews from the private rooftop solarium. There is 2 double bedrooms & a double sofabed in lounge & a double jacuzzi in the bathroom. There is also sat tv with sky sports & news & usual English channels.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Generally all year round sunshine & the area is considered to be one of the healthiest places to live in Europe. Plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. For those who enjoy larger towns & more historic surroundings then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place worth a visit. Many of local beaches have the blue flag for being very clean.
Cabo Roig area
There is a go-kart track nearby as well as a waterpark, bowling alley & bicycles for hire. (Ask for more info). There is buses that run on average every hour to Torrevieja which is very lively & has a market & funfair. There is also several good Golf courses nearby. (again ask for more info)
How to get there
Cheap flights available from xl.com or easyjet.co.uk from Gatwick to Alicante. Taxis available 1 road from Alicante Airport to Cabo Roig Car hire available from dieselcars.es( have found this company to be cheapest & provide very good/clean cars) Airport transfer can be arranged, please ask for more details.

Further details indoors: The apartment is situated within a gated complex for extra security. On the rooftop solarium there is 4 sunloungers, 4 chairs & a table & parasol & a shower for when the sun is to hot. Children's toys & games. All linen & towels provided including beach towels.
Further details outdoors: Once through the secure gates you will find a beautifully maintained complex with communual green areas bordering the one way road system. The sun terrace over looks the pool making it ideal to keep an eye on smaller children.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. £100 or 140 euros refundable security deposit required to cover any breakages & also 50 Euros cleaning fee applies. Both these fees paid on arrival to key holder in spain. If booking made within 6 weeks of arrival then money is due in full immediately. If money for late bookings not received within 3 days booking, will be cancelled. All guests must vacate by 10am on day of departure. If no one else arriving same day welcome to stay longer.
