This apartment is lovely, great wheel chair access, on the first floor,The apartment is large and well thought out ,to enable you to relax and enjoy and have your own personal space. The entire complex is gated and exclusive to residents, so it is clean and safe for all. The location is fantastic , in the heart of the "strip"at cabo roig,with everything at your finger tips, for a fantastic vaccation.
Due to the central location , there may be noise from the surrounding bars in the evenings. But we have not had any complaints
Fully fitted kitchen area with full cooker, , fridge/freezer, toaster, juicer, washing machine. Fully equipped with utensils and cutlery to cater for six. Bedroom 1- double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of draws and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2- 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe with chest of draws. There is a large swimming pool for residents only. The complex is very safe and secure with 24 hour CCTV and large lounge area for residents only. A car is not necessary as we have everything on our doorstep. Many 1st class restaurant on the complex. For the golfers you can also book your tee's at the many local courses.

We have just got back from Costa Marina !2th April 08 and must say what a great time we had. the apartment is large ,clean and comfortable. the pool area is superbe, and so is the food at Puccinis . We were advised by the owners you could hear the overspill noise from the bars at the weekends, it didnt bother us at all as we were eating out late and enjoying all of the fun .a really great holiday at a great price, thanks anne & des we will be back next year ! wendy & kieth Chemsford.

June 07 We have just got back ,having had the most fantastic weather, it was hard to leave the pool , but the beach is so worth it. Very clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need, and best placed for the night life, which is busy and friendly. Thank really liked it and will be back to stay at yours again.
