About the home

The apartment is located 5km south of the resort town of Torrevieja, aprox 45 minutes south of Alicante Airport and north of Murcia airport. The area has a wide range of restaurants and pubs catering for all your family needs. Ideal location to relax by the pool while overlooking the sea or stroll down the road and enjoy the local beaches.
For those who want to get up and go there's lots to do, a local market every Thursday, shopping in Torrevieja, Karting and Aquapark for the kids and adults!

Lounge area contains two sofas, coffee table, sideboard, TV, video & dining suite. There is a separate kitchen with cooker, hob, washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, cutlery, ware, pots, glassware, utensils etc…The main bedroom has a double bed, lockers, built in wardrobe and safe. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe. A fold out sofa bed is also available.

The balcony overlooks the pool and the sea, it has a table and chairs ideal for a relaxed breakfast or evening drinks as the sun goes down.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The area is renowned for its hospitality towards Spanish families over many years and summers and also now towards the increasing number of Europeans discovering it’s relaxed atmosphere.

You can enjoy the year round warm climate of the area.

The Cabo Roig area

The town’s Aquapark opens during the summer months and a new Disney type theme park – Terra Mitica is located north of Alicante.

The town has a regular and efficient bus service in and out of the town centre and to the beaches, but, for families, with young children or teenagers, car hire would be invaluable to take advantages of the beautiful beaches and amenities up and down the coast.

Campoamor & Cabo Roig beaches are 0.5 & 1 km from the apartment

There are three excellent golf courses: Villamartin (Championship), Campoamor and Las Ramblas open all year round within 5 km of the apartment.

There are several markets nearby, the largest is 5km outside Torrevieja.
