About the home

This beautiful one bedroomed apartment is consistantly reviewed by guests as excellent through Tripadvisor or in the guestbook. Currently the most reviewed apartment also. It is located in the exclusive resort of Cabo Roig lies within the beautiful region of Southern Costa Blanca, Valencia, 'one of the most perfect climates in the world' according to the World Health Organisation.

Located on the first floor, the apartment is of a high standard and has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large lounge area with sofabed, cable/Sky TV, air conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and many other extras.

Leading from the lounge is a spacious balcony ideal for outdoor dining with table and chairs.
It also has a communal pool and garden, restaurant and bar within the complex, secure intercom entry system, reception area and secure underground parking with stairs and lift access to all floors.

The apartment is quiet and peaceful yet situated very close to the nearby amenities and Cabo Roig strip. Within the complex is a poolside bar and restaurant, the exclusive Le Paradis pasteleria/coffee shop, a 24 hour supermarket , an authentic Spanish tapas bar and restaurant La Muralla and an Irish pub. There are wi-fi internet facilities within the complex and a Bank with ATM opposite. The cosmopolitan town of Cabo Roig boasts many exclusive cafes, bars and restaurants along the famous Cabo Roig strip

Just a few minutes walk down a palm lined avenue is the nearby beautiful Caleta beach and marina. With a lively beach bar, beachside restaurant, pedalo hire and volleyball facilities it is ideal for families or couples alike. Being within 5 - 10 minutes drive of 3 world class golf courses it is very popular with golf lovers also.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure booking. This deposit becomes the breakage/damage deposit and will be refunded within 3-4 days of your arrival home (subject to satisfactory property inspection)

Airport pickup can be arranged at an extra charge - 50€ return to Murcia, 100€ return to Alicante, cheaper than local taxis.

A 15€ meet and greet charge is payable on arrival to the keyholder. This is not charged if you are using La Rotonda's airport pickup service.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Cabo Roig is situated in the province of Alicante on the southern most tip of the Costa Blanca within the region of Valencia.
15 minutes from the large town of Torrevieja the region boasts one of the healthiest climates in Europe due to its famous salt lakes and is renowned for some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain.
Lying close to the border of Murcia, it is within a 15 minute drive to the Mar Menor area, with Lo Pagan - famous for its rejuvenating mud baths. It is also only a 40 minute drive to the famous resort of La Manga incorporating the famous La Manga strip. The La Manga hotel, golf and sports complex is nearby where many of the national sports teams train.

The Cabo Roig area

The select area of Cabo Roig with its palm lined avenues has something to offer everyone young and old alike. It has a lovely family atmosphere yet has many attractions for couples and singles too. The Cabo Roig strip is on the doorstep with all the bars, restaurants, shops it has to offer, yet the apartment is set back to maintain a quieter, tranquil feel.

For beach lovers, the 3 local beaches have been awarded to EEC Blue Flag award for cleanliness and offer pristine waters and magnificent sands.
Cabo Roig beach with its picturesque marina is only 400m from the apartment. Cabo Roig beach has many facilities including beach bars (try the tapas and sangria!) sunbeds and showers.
There are many watersports and activities here and at nearby Campoamor and La Zenia beaches including jet-ski's, pedalos, banana boats, windsurfing, kitesurfing, volleyball, boat hire, sailing, fishing, scuba diving and snorkelling.


The fantastic Cabo Roig restaurant overlooks the marina and is well worth a visit day or night. The nearby Campoamor also has a beautiful beach and marina.

There is a breathtaking coastal walkway which wraps around the area.

The cosmopolitan town boasts many exclusive cafes, bars and restaurants with international cuisine within easy walking distance yet still maintains its Spanish appeal. There are Internet and banking facilities opposite the apartment.

The area is a golfers paradise with the excellent Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas courses within a 5-10 minute drive and the famous La Manga Club 40 mins drive away.

There are many daily markets throughout the area where you can bargain hunt.

The town of Torrevieja is only 15 minutes away with its beautiful promenade, Aqua Park, casino and many shops, bars and restaurants.

“ideal holiday base” I couldnt fault our holiday at this apartment. The people who run la rotonda were very friendly and helpful. We arranged for airport transfer with them and they were prompt, very helpful and transported us in a lovely clean and air conditioned vehicle. The apartment was exceptionally clean (the only holiday I havent used my own cleaning products as soon as I arrived!). Perfect location for the beach, dining out and having a walk around in the evening to get souvenirs and bits to appease the children. I would recommend this holiday to anyone, young or old as it is very accessible and there is plenty to do for all ages within walkiing distance of the apartment. The owner of the apartment was very helpful when I was booking the holiday, she was very kind, friendly and brilliant at responding back very quickly to any questions prior to going away. Will definately be going back again next year!

“Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous” I stayed there in May for one week. The apartment is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. There is so much to see & do within that area amd some fantastic beaches, bars & resturants. I would highly recommend this apartment and will be returning as soon as I can.

“An excellent apartment in an excellent location” We have just returned from Cabo Roig and enjoyed our stay at this apartment.It is in an excellent location,close to restaurants,bars and within walking distance of the local beach.The apartment is immaculate and benefits from air conditioning.There is a reception,where they speak english and are extremely helpful.I think it is a good idea to hire a car as there are lots of nice places to visit.My husband plays golf and enjoyed the local golf courses. We really enjoyed it and have to say I wasnt too keen to come home. Everything was great at the apartment. I am still amazed at the level of cleanliness, haven't seen that anywhere else. Ate out every night and always enjoyed our meals. The new Thai restaurant is brilliant. We had the set meal for two and will definitely go back there. Asia Chic is still as good as ever too.

We both thought that the apartment was lovely, immaculate condition, very well decorated and very welcoming. Cabo roig was great, loads of variety of restaurants with delicious food and suitable for all age groups as it caters for younger adults like me (THE BUSHWACKA!)
