The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This part of the Costa Blanca benefits from many glorious beaches of fine sand and warm water. The villa is sandwiched between two award winning beaches which proudly display the EEC Blue Flag Award, and so provides a clean and safe environment for swimming, fishing, scuba diving, snorkelling, paragliding, jet ski and boating.
Cabo Roig area
The exclusive village of Cabo Roig overlooks the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and benefits from more than 300 days of sunshine every year with an average temperature of around 20 C. Daytime temperatures rarely fall below 25 C during the summer months, so don’t forget to splash on plenty of sun tan lotion.
Cabo Roig is famous for its nightlife and boasts an abundance of bars and restaurants along both sides of the well-lit main road, locally known as ‘the strip’, which is just a few minutes walk away.
This area attracts both locals and holidaymakers due to the great choice of bars and restaurants which are just two minutes walk from your Villa.
There are many watersports including the water park, jet-ski, banana boats, paragliding, scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing etc. For the more adventurous, there is the option of hot air ballooning and go-karts.
How to get there
BY AIR
There are 2 airports (Alicante and Murcia) within 30 minutes drive - they have many budget airlines to choose from. Alicante airport is the most well-known and Murcia airport (although smaller) is a convenient alternative.
- We can provide airport pick-up (and return) with our English driver.
- Car hire companies are located inside the airport building and can be booked before arrival via the internet.
- Taxis are available from outside the airport but, as in most countries, be careful not to be ripped-off.
BY ROAD
The villa is easy to find from both airports via the N-332 motorway. Full driving instructions can be given after booking.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
A non-returnable booking deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking. the remaining is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Generally the arrival time is 4:00pm and departure time is 12:00 noon to allow for cleaning of the property and washing of the linen/towels for the next guests. Please contact us if this is a problem and we will try our best to sort out a convenient alternative.
A damage deposit of £100 is required with the final payment which will be refunded to you in full within 7 days of the keys being returned to us and subject to there being no damage in the villa.
Smoking must be confined to the outside areas and no pets or animals are allowed in the villa.
