This luxury apartment has all the facilities you need for a fantastic holiday or long stay. The large lounge/diner comes with a dining table and six chairs, coffee table, sofa bed and has air conditioning/heating. It has Sky TV showing all English channels including the Sports and Movie channels, DVD and CD players with a selection of movies and music for your enjoyment. It has a fully equipped American style kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric 4 ring hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath,shower, W.C, bidet and wash basin. The master bedroom is air conditioned/heated and has a large double bed with built in wall wardrobes, 3 chests of drawers and wall mirror. The second bedroom has 2 single beds,ceiling fan, built in wall wardrobes, chest of drawers and wall mirror. Large balcony with patio table and chairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The temperate climate of this region led the World Health Organisation to name it in their Top 10 healthy places in the world to live.There are many 'Blue Flag' beaches on this coast along with small sandy coves. Try mud bathing at the 'Mar Menor', an inland sea, rich in minerals it is reputed to be good for the skin! The area is rich in excellent golf courses, these include Las Ramblas de Orihuela, Real Club de Golf Campoamor and Club de Golf Villamartin, all reached within a 10 minute drive. a further 10 to 15 minutes drive will find many more clubs including La Finca and Cuidad Quesada. Group golf bookings can be arranged at discounted prices!
Cabo Roig area
There are too many restaurants and bars to mention literally within 2 minutes walk of the PlayaMarina 1 and the beaches of Campoamor and Cabo Roig can be reached by a 10 to 15 minute stroll. Banks are plentiful along with cashpoints right outside the PlayaMarina 1. For shopaholics the shopping malls of Habaneras and Dos Mares provide plenty of retail therapy, there are also daily markets dotted around the region. The historic cities of Murcia, Elche and Cartagena are all worth visiting and reachable within a 30-40 minute drive away. Within a 10-15 minute drive there are water parks, go-karting, horse riding, angling, tennis, bird watching and nature reserves{see the pink flamingoes on the salt flats}. Ten Pin bowling and cinemas can be found just outside Torrevieja just over 10 minutes away. Benidorm with the famous Terra Mitica theme park is just over an hour away, regular coach trips can be booked via the local newspapers There is a good local bus service to most local places of interest or private trips can be arranged.

Further details outdoors: The PlayaMarina 1 has a beautifully landscaped swimming pool area with sun loungers{no charge}, children's pool area and outdoor jacuzzi. There is also a communal rooftop solarium which can be used. There is a designated secure parking space in our underground car park with direct lift access to all floors, our apartment is only 15mtrs from the lift.

A breakages/lost keys deposit of 50Euros is payable on arrival and will be returned on vacating the apartment
