This 2 bedroom top 3rd floor apartment is within walking distance from the wonderful beaches. The area is ideally suited for those looking for a well-deserved break by the sea, with many local amenities right on the doorstep. You can be as busy as you want or as relaxed as you like, taking long walks along the promenade or chilling out by the swimming pool after a relaxing day on the beach.
The apartment is of a high standard and has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large lounge/dinner area with sofa bed and cable TV offering a range of English channels, such as sports and movies. The lounge leads on to a very spacious balcony ideally suited for alfresco dinners. In addition the apartment is air conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen. There is a well maintained lift which takes you directly to the third floor apartment. (Suitable for those with push chairs and wheel chairs as there are no other steps). There is also a private garage which also offers lift access directly to the 3rd floor.
The communal pool is ideal for all ages and also has a children’s paddling pool area. For golf enthusiasts there is a choice of three golf courses within ten minutes drive. The property is also ideally located for diving excursions as the Mar Menor and La Mango diving sites are only 30km away from Cabo Roig. The bustling town of Torrevieja is only 15 minutes drive away and offers beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
La Zenia and Playa Flamenca lie approximately 8km south of Torrevieja where there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Along the promenade where people congregate during the evening for a stroll there is a thriving street market and fun fair.
You’re surrounded with beautiful blue flagged beaches, La Zenia, Campoamar, Cabo Roig as well as a number of small un-named beaches along the way. They are all within 10/15 minutes walk from the apartment with Cabo Roig the nearest (approx 1km walking distance)
Cabo Roig area
Cabo Roig is a municipal district of Orihuela, which is a town in the province of Alicante. Cabo Roig is rated one of the most exclusive developments along the Costa Blanca situated five miles from Torrevieja and five minutes drive from the Villamartin, Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses. The Maritime Walk, which embraces the whole of the peninsular coastline, gives access to some of the finest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca. There is a wide range of restaurants, bars and sport activities.
Cabo Roig is 15 minutes drive from the bustling town of Torrevieja which offers beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife, but for those of you who want to say close to the apartment the Strip is idea and is across the road from the apartment. The Strip offers a variety of restaurants, Indian, Chinese, and Italian as well as the opportunity to sample traditional Spanish cuisine. There are a number of bars and most recently the “The Harley Bar” for those that want to dance the night away.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking (non refundable) and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departing. If departure date is less than 8 weeks away full payment must be made at the time of booking.
There is a 50 euro charge for cleaning and laundry to be paid to the keyholder in cash on arrival. This is based on 4 people sharing, there is an additional payment of 5 euro per person to be paid per extra person.
A refundable cash deposit of 50 euro is required subject to lack of damages. (Payable in cash to the key holder on arrival).
Weekend lets are also available - minimum stay 3 nights Low session nightly rate: GBP 35 Mid sesson nightly rate: GBP 40 High sesson nightly rate: GBP 45
