Residencial "Las Vistas nr. 11" New luxury house - luxury furniture - ideal for families and children - good location for golfers - three golf courses in 5 min drive distance from the house - very spacious garden with BBQ.

Ground floor - air conditioned open and spacious living room with corner sofa in front of fireplace, television, DVD player. Dining area with table and chairs for 6. Separate fully equipped kitchen with freezer/fridge and dishwasher. From the kitchen is overbuilt storage and laundry room with washing machine. One bedroom is located downstairs with luxury American double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 2 double bedrooms and twin bedroom with access to the same balcony over viewing the swimming pool area. Big bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet . All bedrooms have air-conditioner unit.

Front patio area is very spacious and well equipped with patio furniture including a BBQ. This is a non-smoking villa. Located just a few minutes from Supermarket, Bars, Restaurants, netcafe. Close to some of the best golf courses in Spain, includes Las Ramblas, Golf Campoamor, Las Colinas and Golf Villamartin. There are a number of activities close by including tennis, go-karting, water sports, aqua park and horseriding.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Situated on the Costa Blanca approximately 20 mins drive from Murcia and 45 mins South of Alicante, Cabo Roig, the jewel of Costa Blanca lies just off the N332 road between Torrevieja and Campoamor and is easily accessed from the AP7 motorway and the Dehessa de Campoamor exit.

Having a car is not necessary but there are endless number of places to visit if you have one. Just 3 miles from Cabo Roig is the historic town of Torrevieja which is surrounded by salt lakes and the home to wildlife including pink flamingoes. Also a large marina, funfair, promenade which is bustling from early evening with street art, with a harbour walk and abundant shops, bars and restaurants. Here you will also find the aqua park to entertain the children and shopping markets.

The Costa Blanca has one of the healthiest climates in the world, partly due to the large salt lakes, this is good news for asthma and arthritis sufferers.

The Cabo Roig / Lomas de Cabo Roig area

Cabo Roig is in the South Costa Blanca, a region boasting some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. Beaches are blue flag, cleaned evey morning ad the water is clear. There are an array of watersports including pedaloes, jetskis water skiing, wind surfing, etc. Cabo Roig also has a very pretty marina and has one of the most agreeable climates in Europe, with daily temperatures rarely dropping below 20 degrees, one can swim comfortably in the sea well into November. The beach and famous strip is laden with shops, bars and restaurants, there is also a large Saturday market. This area is considered to be the most upmarket of the Costa Blanca you will find the cost of living here much lower than the UK or other countries in europe.

Golfers, no need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In adition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeterias/restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.
Three golfcourses (La Ramblas - Villa Martin - Campoamor) are within easy reach, 5 min drive. For the hard to please within a 30 min drive further south or north will bring you to around 15 golfcourses.

30 min drive south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort with three eighteen hole courses to choose from and as well to the historic town Cartagena that is neccesary to visit. There you can find the cento commercial (Espacio Meditteraneo) where you can found shops like H&M - Marks&Spenser - Declathon - Mediamarkt - Casa etc.


One of the must do things whilst visiting the areas is to take a relaxing stroll along the picturesque cliff walk to La Zenia or Campoamor. This walk offer spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding coastline, whether its the peak of summer or in the cool of the winter afternoons.

The ever popular and developing Cabo roig strip boasts and wide selection of shops bars and restaurarts something to suit every taste.

Take advantage of Cabo Roig magnificent Thursday market, which sells everything from fruit and vegetables to housing accessories and gifts

Why not make a day of it and "shop until you drop" in Torrevieja's many boutiques or the new Habanera shopping centre with H&M, C&A, Zara, Puma, etc. For the kids, we have McDonalds, Burger King, KFC or the ten pin bowling, amusement centre, sports centre with Olympic sized pool, etc. Next to Habaneras is the waterpark Aguapolis and the nightclibs Pacha and Love.

Each month Torrevieja celebrates a different Festival, or 'Fiesta' with a riot of colour, tradition, music and dance, including 'la Habanera' a special rejoicing of Torrevieja's sailing history and early salt trade days with Cuba. 'Ancient tower' is its translation and it is on the north side of the town overlooking the sea with recently restored gardens.
