This toddler friendly 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned property consists of master bedroom with en suite bathroom and large fitted wardrobes, 2nd bedroom having twin beds, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Keys are provided to the guest for a property on the understanding that they are responsible for it whilst they are staying in it.
There will be a charge for any lost keys and you will be responsible for any other expenses in relation to replacing locks, locksmith call out charges etc.
We will deliver to you all the information you need by email prior to arrival. It is important that you follow the instructions we provide to avoid confusion - PLEASE READ THEM. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of changes to your email address and/or telephone numbers and any flight information you have provided to us.
Check-in after 16.00 and departure by 11.00. (These times may be flexible). Late Check-out may be possible but must be agreed with us before the date of departure. Late departures may be subject to a "late departure fee".
Upon check in a deposit of 250 Euros in cash ( if not already paid) will be taken to cover any accidental damage which may occur during your stay. The property will be checked for any damage on departure and any costs incurred will be advised at this time.
Payments can be made by bank transfer.
A 15% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. A 100% deposit is required if your booking date is within 8 weeks of arrival.
The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you have not contacted us then we will collect the final balance using the card details already provided.
Failure to pay your final balance within 8 weeks of arrival may result in cancellation of your booking and the loss of your deposit.
If the behaviour of any of the guests is in the opinion of us unacceptable, then we reserve the right to ask them to leave the property and/or terminate the rental agreement immediately. This policy is for the benefit of all our guests.
Cancellation of your booking will result in loss of deposit in all cases. Cancellation of your booking within 28 days of arrival will result in payment of 50% of the total booking value. Any amount already paid above 50% of the booking value will be returned.
Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any accident, injury or damage, and any related expenses which you incur whilst staying in the property.
It is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance cover before arriving with adequate cover to meet any possible expenses either medical, consequential or third party.

The Valenciana region
The Nova Azahara development is located close to the popular areas of Campoamor & Villamartin, these established districts offer golf, beaches and leisure to thousands of visitors each year as well as home to some of the most desirable properties around.
Villamartin, Campoamor & Las Ramblas are all well renown courses which host major golf competitions regularly, aside from quality golf, these developments have 5 star hotel and spa facilities along with fine dining and designer shopping.
Equally accessible are the blue flag beaches of Cabo Roig where numerous sandy coves are popular with local and tourist sun worshippers. Close to the beaches are popular bars, restaurants and cafes that offer the widest variety of entertainment. The summer months are warm and the winters are mild.
The province of Alicante is irrigated by many rivers which makes ideal conditions for the many orchards of citrus fruit. In contrast the region also has expanses of dry, arid land where olives and vines thrive within one of the most important wine-producing regions of Spain.
The year-round weather, availability of water and popularity of the many golf courses that have sprung up around the region; have made Alicante and the Costa Blanca one of the most popular tourist destinations in Spain.
The development itself is a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bed-roomed apartments and villas set around an attractive leisure area with pools and a children’s play area.
Within 5 minutes walk of the apartment you can find supermarkets, shops, pubs, an internet cafe and even a tea shop. There is a local bus which stops here and can take you to the town and beaches.
The local town is Lomas de Cabo Roig and here you will find many shops and restaurants offering an excellent variety of food and entertainment. The beaches here are white sand and blue flag accredited.
Cabo Roig is used by golfers as an ideal base being only 2 km from the excellent golf courses of Las Ramblas, Royal Campoamor, Villamartin and La Finca.
The beautiful Maritime Walk along the coastline and the local cycling facilities (bikes can be hired locally) make this area ideal for the more active holidaymaker.
If you fancy a drive then hot spas are available near Fortuna, some 45 min drive, and there are mud pools in San Pedro. The AP7 motorway is nearby providing access to other areas and attractions.

"Great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay."
We had a great holiday and found this apartment to have everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday. The children had both swimming pools entirely to themselves most days and sunbathing by the pool was nice and quiet with mostly just the local Spanish residents making some use of the facilities. We hadn't planned to hire a car but after a few days found it was necessary to get around and hired a car for a week. Buses were also available. The local pubs and shops around the apartment were super and we had a lot of enjoyable nights. The various beaches around the resort were beautiful and not overly busy. All in all a superb fortnight with no complaints. :-) !

This apartment is perfect for friends or families with children. It is clean with plenty of linen, great tv with some digital channels, and lots of utensils etc in the kitchen. There is a great balcony which is well shaded and perfect for alfresco dining.The swimming pool is great and perfectly safe for children as it is gated; there is also a fabulous kiddy's swimming pool and play area to occupy them! The complex was fairly quiet when we visited in june which made our stay even more enjoyable. The local amenities offer everything you possibly need and are just a short 10 minute walk to the top of the road. You can easily catch a taxi from the apartment to the Cabo Roig strip which provide multiple bars and restaurants and is quite touristy. Checking into the apartment was easy and hassle free. The apartment is extremely comfortable and is extremely reasonable price wise. A perfect stay!
