Bella Vista is situated on a quiet residential road on the peninsular of land known as Cabo Roig often referred to as one of Spain's best kept secrets. It is extremely comfortable, well equipped and well looked after, being primarily the holiday home of the owners. The development is small, friendly and secure and a 2 minute walk from the Blue Flag Beach of Cabo Roig with its own Marina.
This first floor apartment benefits from its own communal pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. A terrace adjacent to the steps over looks the pool with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding areas to see and do during your stay.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Cabo Roig lies 5km to the south of the nearest large city of Torrevieja and 50km south of Alicante in the region known as the Costa Blanca which runs along the east coast of Spain and enjoys lovely weather with its own micro climate offering mild winters and warm summers that do not get as humid as they do on the Costa del Sol. The fantastic climate attracts many tourists, it is especially desirable location n the winter with nearly as many sunny days as in the summer.
There are over 100km of sandy beaches, many of which have been awarded the European Blue Flag as a sign of their cleanliness and safety. 45 minutes drive inland there is the mountainous region of Murcia with its historical town. Elche, La Manga, Alicante and Guadamar are all within an hours drive.
Within 15 minutes drive are three 18 hole par 72 championship golf courses including Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. Within 30 minutes ia also La Finca.
The Cabo Roig area
The apartment is within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants serving fast food to gourmet. These offer a wide range of cuisines - Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Italian, English and more. There are banks and shops selling all essential groceries, clothes, souvenirs, beach gear etc close y and a medium sized super market also within walking distance. Also nearby is a 24hr Medical centre.
The nearby coastal road (N332) runs from Cartagena in the South to Alicante in the North, Buses run along this road if you want to venture further afield.
Nearby Torrevieja is a lively town with a water park, evening fun fair, markets, shops, restaurants, banks, clubs, a port and promenade. There is also a further water park inland at Quesada. Tennis can be played at the local club (5 minutes walk).
Within 10 - 30 minutes drive there are 3 golf courses, a nature reserve, salt lakes, Go-kart track and much more.
The range of activities in the area are suitable for both children and adults, it is the perfect place for a beach holiday, a family holiday, an active holiday or a golfing holiday.
How to get there

You can fly from most Local, National and London Airports to Alicante or Murcia. The budget airlines we have used are Ryanair, Easy Jet, Monarch, Jet2 and FlyBe. The closest airport being Murcia which is 15 Minutes away with Alicante Airport being 40 Minutes away.
On arrival we can arrange transfer for a minimal rate (cheaper than a taxi) or you can hire a car via www.Amigoautos.com who tend to deal with all the local car hire companies. If you decide to get a taxi this should cost you no more than 60 Euro from Alicante and 45 Euro from Murcia.

The accommodation is very well sighted near to beach and on a clean, well run complex. The apartment was clean and comfortable though slightly muddled as far as crockery and utensils were concerned. Although stated on the itinery, there was no hairdryer and the toaster only worked after a lot of manipulation. These faults could be overlooked because of the pleasantness of the apartment. The owner was a completely different matter however. I sent my cheque off promptly and a fortnight later had to phone for an acknowledgement of him receiving it and of the procedure of obtaining the keys. We received an email three days before we were due to fly out, telling us the keys would be with us by the next day ,when they duly arrived. When we arrived home, a week later, I posted the keys straight back to him and awaited my refundable £100 deposit in case of breakages. It is now 29 days later and after my phoning and emailing him ,I am still waitng for my cheque. It is unfortunate that a lovely holiday experience should be marred by the owner's inaptitude to run his business properly.

Bookings are confirmed when a £50.00 per week non-refundable deposit is received along with a completed booking form. The outstanding balance is due eight weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday, plus a security deposit of £100 which must be paid in full or the booking will be considered to have been cancelled, in which case the deposit will be forfeited. Full payment is required at the time of booking if departure is less than eight weeks.
The rental period is from 13.00 hrs on the first day until 10.00 hrs on the last day. This can be varied if there are no other bookings before or after your booking. Please arrange your flights accordingly.
