This spacious property offers three large bedrooms, a recently re-fitted kitchen & bathroom and is tastefully furnished throughout. The large, private roof terrace provides sunshine throughout the day and overlooks the communal pool which is situated in the heart of the complex, surrounded by well-maintained mature plants and shrubs.
Upon entering the property, you will find a well-equipped, recently re-fitted kitchen with an American style breakfast bar,downstairs WC, a spacious living room with leather sofas, a ceiling fan and a dining area suitable for up to 6 people. French doors open onto a sunny balcony and an open staircase gives access to the upstairs accommodation. Here you will find the recently re-fitted bathroom and the 3 bedrooms, one of which provides access to the large roof terrace.
There are numerous restaurants within walking distance from the house offering international cuisine from traditional Spanish to Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Italian and even English fish & chips! The nightlife is also plentiful with disco bars, Irish pubs and many more to choose from. The nearest supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away and there are three banks situated in the commercial areas.
The blue flag beaches of Cala Capitan and Cabo Roig are both within walking distance and have beach bars offering light snacks and refreshments. The beaches are very clean with clear blue waters, making them safe for children.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
There are many fine white sandy beaches in the area bordering the Mediterranean Sea and there are quaint villages both near the sea and inland where true Spain lives. The abundance of orange and lemon groves contrast with the picturesque mountain scenery in the background. The salt lakes of La Marina are renowned for their healing qualities.
The towns of Guardamar, Santa Pola and Elche (the palm tree capital of Europe) are 10 to 15 minutes drive away and are well worth a visit for shopping and sight seeing. The front at Alicante has a wonderful marina, a floodlit castle overlooking the bay and every conceivable type of cuisine is catered for. The shops in Alicante are very good and of course the famous El Corte Ingles is a must visit.
For the kids the place to go is Terra Mitica, a large theme park near Benidorm (60 minutes away). It is themed into different worlds and there's something for everyone: shows, thrill rides and rides for the little ones. Benidorm also has golf, a nature reserve, Aqualandia Water Park and Seaworld.
The exclusive Cabo Roig has a beautiful marina and blue flag beaches. Cabo Roig offers many bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk and is a very well looked after residential area. Near enough to the nightlife for walking (5 mins) but far enough away for a peaceful holiday. The local transport is frequent and reliable if you would like to venture further afield, ie Torrevieja, Alicante or Murcia so a car is unnecessary.
Approx 7 km north of Cabo Roig is Torrevieja, famous for its salt lakes with their mineral rich mud. Fantastic for the skin and great for health too! It's a lively town that has a great deal to offer for everyone. For nightlife Torrevieja has it all with its casinos, clubs, restaurants and bars and during the day there are excellent shops, a marina and a bustling international port with ‘Hippy Market’ and fun fair. It also boasts beautiful beaches and a stunning promenade with a variety of activities to suit all ages.
5 km south to the Mar Menor with a wealth of towns of interest including San Pedro (where you can watch the fish brought in fresh each morning), Pilar De La Horadada and San Javier. Less than 30 mins south you also have La Manga which, along with its' famous 'strip' is host to the infamous La Manga Golf Club.
Cabo Roig area
Cabo Roig is in the South Costa Blanca, a region boasting some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. Beaches are blue flag, cleaned every morning and the water is clear. There are an array of watersports including pedaloes, jetskis, water skiing, wind surfing, etc.
Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive from this property.
A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Further details and prices are available by calling 966 63 82 88.
There are local activities for all the family including horse riding, go-karting, scuba diving and sea fishing. Close by is the Orihuela Costa Resort leisure complex with its superb facilities including large pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, and sauna, bars and restaurant.
Buses are available regularly during the day to Torrevieja, which is a lively town with its street markets and resident funfair, cosmopolitan shops and restaurants.
There are seven internationally acclaimed golf courses within easy reach. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Within 10 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses: Villamartin, which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas, which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor, which is situated in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap.
No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round. Are all within easy reach (10-min drive). For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.
How to get there
Cheap flights available from Monarch,Easyjet,Flybe,Ryanair,BMI Baby to Murcia and Alicante airports.
The property is 20 minutes from Murcia and 40 minutes from Alicante.
We can arrange pick up from the airport at an additional charge.
Car Hire is not expensive but the house is within easy walking distance to beach, bars etc so car hire is not necessary.

On the roof terrace there is an additional dining table with 6 chairs and there are also sunbeds and sun loungers with cushions and parasols provided free of charge.
