Home description

The apartment is situated in a quiet area but you are not from the livelier areas of Villamartin and Cabo Roig and Torvieja. The Mar Menor is only 20 minutes away with it's beautiful beaches and nature reserves.

The duplex apartment covers three floors. There a terrace leading from the dining area where you can enjoy eating al fresco. Marble stairs lead up to the bedrooms and a bathroom which boasts a jacuzzi bath. There is a further terrace leading off of the main bedroom.

There is further staircase leading up to the secluded sun terrace ,where you can experience views of the sea and La manga in the distance, and the complex grounds which include a swimming pool and an underground gym and spa containing a relaxing spa pool for use of all guests, all year round.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This area of Spain enjoys 320 days of sunshine a year and offers one of the best climates in Europe and is said to be one of the thde healthiest climates. Visiting this area will make you realise there is more to Spain than just the beautiful Costas. There is Terra Mitica Fun Park near Benidorm, Water park in nearby Torvieja. Mud baths in the Mar Menor to visit. The University town of Murcia is 50 minutes away with its rich cultural past.

Cabo Roig / Lomas de Cabo Roig area

Cabo Roig is one of the most sort after areas on the Costa Blanca. There are several beautiful beaches nearby to choose from. Cabo Roig harbour boasts a couple of fine restaurants, where you can enjoy watching the sun go down or watching and enjoying the many water sports that are on offer here.

Lomas de Cabo Roig is a residential area a couple of minutes inland it is relatively quiet but still in close proximity to Villamartin and other bars and restaurants. There 20 golf courses nearby ideal for the keen golfer.

~Fly to San Javier Airport Murcia Royal Park Spa is 20 minutes away. Cheap flights available from Ryan Air.
Lots of local taxis available or cheap car hire available from Crown Auriga.

~Or fly to Alicante Airport Royal Park Spa is only 50 minutes away by taxi or hire car.

The apartment is very quiet and spacous. Most guests enjoy using the spa and gym facilities.

All guests have use of the shared swimming pool and underground spa area which contains a gym< sauna <steam room <stone therapy and spa pool.

The apartment is situated in secure gated area . The surrounding is very quiet and conducive to a relaxing holiday. There are a number of bars and restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.

The facilities are shared by all the residents in the the complex. There is a mixture of Eurpoean nationalities.
The outdoor pool is not in use between November and April. However the underground pool and spa facilities are available throughout the year.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking is allowed except on the balcony.
25% of the booking fee is payable six weeks before the departure date.
