Situated in a brand new residential and holiday complex, this modern, self catering apartment offers an excellent standard of accommodation and any visitor cannot fail to be impressed with the superb decor and furnishings. However, the best feature has to be the spectacular sea front location and views of the River Formosa which can be seen from all balconies!
The location is perfect for those wishing to be based close to amenities with beach access less than 1 minute walk away and an abundance of reasonably priced restaurants in very close proximity.
This apartment is offered for rental individually, but also has a smaller 1 bed apartment directly adjacent to it which could be rented together to accommodate larger families or groups wishing to share their holiday whilst retaining some privacy. Some discount will be offered for a double rental, details available upon request.

The Algarve / East Algarve region
Bordered on two sides by the Atlantic, the Algarve is divided from the rest of Portugal by a series of low lying mountains. In the east, the Guardiana River forms a scenic border with neighbouring Spain. The region's capital, Faro, is built around a charming harbour at the edge of a wide lagoon. Its main attractions include a maritime museum and a 13th century cathedral.
The Eastern Algarve is very different compared to the rugged beauty found west of Faro. It’s tidal marshlands have a tranquil beauty and the small resorts along the coast have retained much of their character, looking today as they must have looked long ago. Here, tourism blends in perfectly with local activities creating a relaxed way of life. There is a tinge of excitement and even romance about those ferry or tiny boat trips to the islands, where visitors are rewarded with superb, less crowded bathing beaches and warm waters.
Cabanas de Tavira area
Cabanas de Tavira is a small and friendly village with a reliance on the fishing industry. With a wide choice of restaurants, several shops and a variety of Portuguese bars, this is a generally peaceful location without a 'heavy tourist' approach.
The beautiful beach island is located across the Ria Formosa and is reached by small and inexpensive water taxis running from the edge of the river, directly opposite the apartments. For the keen golfer, there are 6 superb courses within a 45 km radius. There are also some wonderful places close by to visit. Tavira around 6km is a must, see further details section for more information.
Beaches are in abundance up and down the coast and within a close radius. As well as Cabanas Island, a few kms to the East Altura and Praia Verde are highly recommended, and Barril to the West of Tavira (8kms) of which the small beach train is a delight for children! The best shopping is to be found in Faro and zoos and water parks towards Albufeira

Further details indoors: Beautifully furnished and spacious, this split level apartment is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the main building and can accommodate up to 6 people. The lower ground floor comprises kitchen, lounge and bathroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and has a breakfast bar. The lounge has a large dining table with comfortable seating which also converts to extra sleeping space. Bed linen is available for up to 6 people. TV and DVD. The lounge patio doors lead to a good size balcony with furniture.
The upper floor comprises 2 en suite twin bedrooms with patio doors leading to a terrace that has room for 'al fresco' dining. Secure apartment access through locked entrance leading to front door. Designated underground parking. 1 flight of stairs to apartment, and 1 flight of stairs from the parking area.
