The Algarve region

Only 17km from the Spanish border of Vila Real de St. Antonio. Situated on the Rio Formosa Nature Reserve. Less commercialised than the Western Algarve. Casino at Monte Gordo. 4 km from what some say is the prettiest town on the Algarve - Tavira - a own in two halves with the River running through the middle and having many many churches and places of interest. A typical Portuguese working town.

Cabanas / Quinta Da Gomeira area

Cabanas is a pretty fishing town on the beautiful Algarve. The villa is in the Quinta da Gomeira holiday complex. and is just five minutes walk to the sea. The property is also in the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, in essence an unspoilt part of the world!

5 minute drive to the Benamor Golf Course and several other golf courses within 10 - 15 minutes drive. Loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Close to Conceicao Station with trains to Vila Real de St. Antonio and Faro. Half an hours drive on the IP1 from Faro.

How to get there

Only 30 minutes on the motorway from Faro Airport. Thomsonfly, Easyjet, Monarch to name but a few airlines that go there and are reasonably priced. Remember, the earlier you book your flight, the cheaper you'll get it.
