Deep blue lagoons stretch throughout the 6km stretch and the 18th century Fort of Sao Joao da Barra stands guard on the sand bank at the entrance to the harbour.

The property is a first floor end of block apartment and is the largest apartment in the complex with over 150sqm. It has a very large balcony surrounding on 3 sides, which overlooks to pool area.
It has two bathrooms, one of which is En suite. It has a Double room and a twin room easily accommodating a family or couples. The lounge has TV/DVD, comfortable seating area with two Sofas, two arm chairs, coffee table and a dining table with room for 6 people.

As well has having some charming restaurants itself, Cabanas is located just two miles from the beautiful town of Tavira; a bustling fishing port with a variety of restaurants, roman architecture, markets, vineyards and seemingly endless beaches.

Tavira, otherwise known as ‘The Little Venice of Portugal’, in the 1500’s was a port of great strategic importance. The events of that period have left an enduring mark on the layout and appearance of the city. There are more than 15 stunningly designed churches and chapels throughout the city, each with its own story to tell.

There is a snack bar located at the pool serving ice cold drinks and snacks.

Cleaning is provided on chage over days in off peak season, if extra cleaning is required the cost is €100 payable locally. During Peak season, cleaning is once per week as well as change over days.
A returnable breakage deposit is required at time of booking of €100 which will be returned within two weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony, please do not smoke inside.

25% Booking fee + Refundable breakages deposit of €100/£70 Stg required at time of booking , to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
The remainder of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.
** Cleaning will be prior to arrival and if booked for two week period or more, then cleaning will be every Saturday. If extra cleaning is required then this needs to be requested at time of booking and will be an additional €100 payable at time of booking or locally. Please remember there is a washing machine included.
