Upon entering Apartment Rio it open up into a spacious living space with comfortable and well thought out, high quality furnishings.

The living room has a large corner style sofa that can be used as a sofa bed. It surrounds a flat screen television with a selection of European channels. There is WIFI throughout the apartment and is included in the price. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs situated near the large french windows leading onto the private terrace.

The galley style kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with a full size fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. You will also find plenty cooking utensils, glasses, crockery, cutlery and more making the kitchen perfect for cooking and preparing the fresh produce the Algarve has to offer. From the kitchen french windows give access to the roof terrace.

The master bedroom has a large double bed that can be split into single beds. Bedside tables and lamps, plenty of wardrobe space, air conditioning and french windows with shutters leading onto a small balcony. An ensuite bathroom offers a bath, overhead shower, bidet, toilet and basin.

The second bedroom has twin beds a bedside table and lamp along with plenty of wardrobe space, french windows with shutters leading onto a small balcony. Also air conditioned.

From the interior of the apartment huge sliding French windows lead out onto a wonderful private terrace. Her you will find a traditional Portuguese brick built BBQ, a table and chairs under a wonderful retracting shade. A wonderful spot for some al fresco living.

Iron steps lead up to a private rood terrace with comfortable seating and sun loungers. A really wonderful place to sit and relax, read a book or simply enjoy the view.

Apartment Rio is set within the very popular resort of Cabans Beach Club. The apartments surround gardens and s large shared swimming pool where you will find sun loungers for your use. The pool has easy access steps and a nice gentle gradient. The gardens are well kept and offer tranquility.

The resort is enclosed and accessed by coded gates giving security and privacy to the residents. There is a secure underground car park.

Cabanas Beach Club is situated just from the sea front and is within an exceptionally easy walk to all amenities, including shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The flotilla of boats that take you to the beaches are just a short walk away along the seafront.

Perfekt place for pleasure

A very nice apt, you find everything you need in this flat. We have had a marvellous time in Cabanas and you are able to walk almost anywere you want. Very nice beaches to choose between.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
