Available to let is a brand new 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment in the village of Cabanas sleeping up to 4 people comfortably. The apartments are located in the new development of Quinta Da Gomeira, a new urbanisation within the village of Cabanas, only a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. It is approximately 3km from Tavira, the jewel of the Algarve. Located 30km from Faro Airport which is only a 30 minute drive by car or taxi which would cost in the region of 30 Euros (£21). Cabanas is a typical Portuguese fishing village with an attractive harbour-front featuring shops, bars and restaurants.

Cabanas beach is again only a 5 minute walk and is accessed via a short crossing of the river by water taxi which costs 1 Euro return. The beach itself features a paved access way from the landing point to the sea, an inexpensive beachfront bar, sun-loungers and thatched parasols, toilets and showers, as well as the fine, white sand and the blue sea that the Algarve is so famous for.

The Algarve / East Algarve region

Situated on the Eastern Algarve, Cabanas is an ideal location for holiday makers either wishing to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday in the sun or anyone wishing to explore the beautiful island of the Algarve due to its easy road access from one side of the island to the other. Also bordering Spain, just 30 minutes east will have you arrive in the Spanish town of Ayamonte which can be accessed by road or boat via the nearby port of Vila Real, with Monte Gorde also a short drive away and worth a visit. Tavira is the nearest town being approximately 3 kms away or just a 5 minute drive/taxi ride with lovely restaurants and shops. Villamoura and Albufeira are approximately 30/40 minutes drive to the west and there is a fantastic waterpark available in the nearby town of Quarteira.

Cabanas is just a 5 minute walk from the main bars/restaurants as well as the beautiful white beaches the Algarve is so famous for.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with ample cupboard space and stainless steel appliances. These include washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and gas hob, kettle and toaster.

Leading off from the living area is the bedroom which features double mirrored wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and drawers and 2 single beds with bedside cabinet, again with views overlooking the swimming pool.

Further details outdoors:
Leading off from the kitchen is a balcony with a table and chairs, ideal for eating breakfast, lunch or dinner with beautiful views overlooking the recently built swimming pool and landscaped gardens which are accessed by use of a fob key, only available for residents/guests.

There is also parking available directly outside the apartment block for people wishing to hire a car. Recommended car hire can be found by logging on to wwwalgarve-autos.com.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
25% of rental fee due within 7 days of reservation to secure booking.
Refundable breakages deposit of £150 required, together with the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Apartment is situated on the 1st floor (no lifts are available)
