The new construction is well integrated in the complex, surrounding a central patio. Located so close to the beach. The complex with its green areas and nice gardens is ideal for children and also offers a relaxing atmosphere.

The Algarve / East Algarve region

The Algarve's beaches are cooled by sea breezes from the Atlantic in summer and warmed by winds from Africa in the winter. The Algarve has a temperate climate where life is pleasant all year round. If you want to visit : The Algarvian coast is wonderful and is worth renting a car. Tavira is also located at 5 km and is a mine of history!

You are situated at about 20 km from the Spain and 160 km for Sevilla!

Cabanas de Tavira / Quinta Velha area

The very long and well preserved beaches with white sand are situated in the Natural Park of the Ria Formosa and are accessible with small fisherman's boats. It will take you a couple of minutes to go across the river.
The "Quinta Velha" is also surrounded by numerous prestigious golf courses such as The Benamor and The Quinta da Ria

Quinta Velha is located near the typical village of Cabanas, one of the five pearls of the magnificent Ria Formosa nature reserve. Its historical centre, its lagoon, situated in the heart of the reserve, and the Algarve's famous, endless beaches are within easy reach of Quinta Velha.

Tavira for the historical centre.
Olhao and the islands (Culatra, ....)
Faro for visits & also shopping
Do not forget Cacela Velha also the view is fantastic!
Vila Real de San Antonio specialised in house linen, towels, ....
and in Spain Ayamonte! (only 20 km from Quinta Velha)
You can also take a boat from Vila Real to reach Ayamonte in 15 minutes!

How to get there

Fly to Faro - just 35 minutes by car from Quinta Velha Village.
Cheap flights available from Ryanair.com, virginexpress.com and others.

If you fly to Sevilla you can hire a car and drive 160 km (about 1hour 30 minutes)

The hiring includes a maintenance service (cloths, towels and cleaning 2 times per week) as well as other services and information (Tel., fax, sport, visit, hiring of car...)

A large swimming pool with a bar, a typical restaurant, a cocktail bar and shops are there to meet your needs in a green and peaceful environment.

The parking area surrounds the complex which makes it easy to park whilst keeping your car outside of the village.

You can also park your car securely in the undergound parking (5 euros/night).

A security guard makes sure the complex is quiet from midnight to 6.30 am.
