-Buzios has 35 beaches and lots of restaurants of all varieties including sophisticated international cuisine as well as local flavours.
-This luxury house benefits from its own private pool leading from the living and games rooms. Stunning sea views from the pool deck furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.
-The villa is ideal for families or group of friends, with plenty of nature, beaches and night life in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

How to get there
From Rio de Janeiro is a 2.30h drive. Also, there is a Bus that takes you to Buzios for the main train station in Rio de Janeiro. The closest airport is in Cabo Frio. In Buzios, there are several "taxi boats" that take and pick you up from the bays.

Further details indoors: -The house is exquisitely furnished to a luxury standard. A gym with a Jacuzzi room forms the top of the house with panoramic views. The main house comprises two 38 sq m luxury bedroom suites and indoor/outdoor living and dining areas furnished in a contemporary designer style. The large indoor living area gives directly on to the pool deck overlooking the bay of Buzios.
-The connecting guest house contains a further 6 suites with sleeping accommodation for 12 people, divided between 4 x 16m2 suites and 2 x 32m2 suites. All with en suite bathrooms, mini fridges and satellite televisions.
-A complement of seven full time staff serve the house and grounds including two chefs, two chamber maids as well as 2 security guards and a gardener.

The bedroom accommodation is divided between the Main house with sleeping for 4 in two separate suites and the attached Guest house which can sleep up to 12 people in 6 separate suites. You may rent the Main house alone or with the Guest house also. The prices in the above table are for a full rental with full use of all the facilities. Please note the following three different rental possibilities (prices in Pounds):
1. MAIN HOUSE PARTIAL RENTAL: 5,600 per week / 900 per night
Includes 2 luxury 38m2 master terraced suites in the main house with full use of the main house and all the facilities: swimming pool, living room, dining room, Jacuzzi, spa, saunas and gym: Service of all house staff and breakfast for 4 people is included.
2. ALL HOUSE COMBINED RENTAL: 7,200 to 8,000 per week/ 1450 per night. Please inquire for longer stays.
Includes the Main house, its two suites and all the facilities as well as the 6 suites in the attached guest house. Service of all house staff and breakfast not included.
3. GUEST HOUSE PARTIAL RENTAL: 2,700 per week/ 600 per night.
For rental of the guest house only with the use of the pool and sauna facilities.
Bedroom accommodation only for a maximum of 12 persons including 4 suites and 2 double twin suites. Price includes cleaning services only. Breakfast not included.
4. RENTAL BY ROOMS:
