Living and dining room, 2 bedroom with air conditioning in each one of them, 01 bedroom with a en suite bathroom. A second bathroom in the upper floor and a third bathroom on the first floor. Complete kitchen. Total house area = 80m2.
Rebuilt and repainted in May/Juin 2012.
Redecorated living room with a DVD library with Brazilian Music, (MPB and root sambas), quality pop music (Traffic, Ray Charles, etc.), Jazz (Oscar Peterson, etc.) and the best pop operas (Jesus Christ Superstar, Cats, etc).
Near the best beaches, and less than 07 minutes walking from the cosmopolitan Rua das Pedras (Stone Street), where the action in Búzios is, with its alive shows, excellent shopping, excellent bars and restaurants..

At home in the house you'll have a DVD library at your disposal with DVD of Brazilian Music, root sambas, quality pop music (Traffic, Pink Floyd, Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra and so on), jazz, classical music and quality pop operas (Jesus Christ Superstar, Cats and so on).

You'll be 7 minutes by foot from the best bars and restaurants, best shopping, alive shows, the frisson, and all the fun the cosmopolitan and internationally known streets Rua das Pedras and Orla Bardot can offer. Aside from that, all the main conveniences are around in the area: cheap (and good) restaurants, McDonald's, pizzerias, Internet/pay phones, post office/mail, 4 out of the 5 banks agencies in Búzios, car rentals, boat rentals, boat promenades, radical sports and so on. If you have no car of your own, you'll have at the front door (not expensive) taxis and vans to all beaches and tourist attractions of Búzios and the cities nearby (Cabo Frio, São Pedro D'Aldeia, and so on less than 30km far) .

Búzios was popularized by legendary movie star Brigitte Bardot in the 1960s, and her statue sits along the main street of Búzios, the Rua das Pedras (Street of stones, official name is José Bento Ribeiro Dantas).
Bardot had come to Rio de Janeiro with her Brazilian boyfriend but could not leave his apartment without being hounded by the paparazzi. The couple concocted a plan to keep the press away, and escaped to Buzios with the one photographer who was allowed to document their vacation. While she was there, Bardot reportedly fell in love with the town - so much that she stayed for months longer than she planned, and has since returned to vacation.
The peninsula is a beach resort with an active night life and restaurants. The west coast beaches offer calm, clear waters while the east coast ones, facing the open sea, are a bit more wild and draw surfers and water sports enthusiasts.
Among the most popular beaches are Ferradura, João Fernandes, Tartaruga and Geribá.
Rua das Pedras, the main street, winds through the town centre and features shopping, restaurants, bars and intense night-life.
Among the restaurants are the expensive ones (I'd recommend Bar do Zé, Le Cigalon and D. Juan), the medium price (Lorenzo, Buzzin, Bananaland and Parvatti) and the cheap ones (O Barco, Birosca do Peixe e Carla).
Among the bars: Captain's (the one in the Armação beach, with a beautiful view of the sea and the fishmen boats), Toffu (at Rua das Pedras) and many others.
Búzios is a great place to go all year around. Even in winter (July to September) temperatures during the day varies from 23 to 27° C (73 to 81°F).
The Buzios area
Just walk across Rua das Pedras and Orla Bardot till Ossos Beach during the day. You'll have lots of lovely places to see and enjoy.
At night join the people from all over the World, walking around in the crowded Rua das Pedras and nearby streets.
In Manguinhos Quarter go to the Espaço Gastronômico (Gastronomic Space) with many interesting (and good) restaurants, though a bit expensive ones. I'd recomend the Quadrucci (quite expensive).
A cheap (and good) option in the area is the Bar do Gordo (chubby's bar), by the sea, opened until 6:00pm.
If you're going to stay for a long time in Búzios I'd suggest you to take one full day at least to go to Cabo Frio (25km), São Pedro D'Aldeia (30km) or Arraial do Cabo (40km). There are many gorgeous beaches and lagoons there.

- By car
- By bus (very comfortable buses with air conditioning)
- By air-plane (quite expensive, if you´re not coming from abroad Brazil, small and luxury executive air-planes for few people from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.....)
If you're going to rent a car I'd suggest you to rent it at Localisa Rent-a-car. It's the best in my opinion, always brand new to almost brand new cars.

La casa esta en excelentes condiciones, tiene muy buena seguridad las 24 horas ya que se encuentra dentro de un barrio cerrado, y lo mejor de todo es la ubicación ya que se encuentra cerca del centro de la ciudad, tiene garage muy seguro y para los que no vayan con auto tienen el transporte en la puerta para llegar a cualquir playa. Nuestra estadia en la casa fue muy buena y se la recomendamos a cualquiera que quiera unas buenas vacaciones. El dueño de la casa es muy atento, asi que pueden alquilar la casa con cofianza que no van a tener ningun problema. |
