Situated on the top floor of a 3 storey building overlooking the cobbled market place of Longnor village, the apartment comprises of spacious double bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, hallway and reception area through to open plan kitchen and lounge. The property features old beams and a working fireplace alongside full central heating.

Pets are very welcome and there is fabulous walking straight from the front door. The village has good facilities with 2 pubs, cafe, coffee shop, fish and chip shop, post office and shop.

Short breaks available all year round - normally Monday to Friday (4nights) or weekend break Friday to Monday (3nights).

The Heart of England/Peak District

The Peak District is famous for it's rolling hills, quaint villages and outdoor activities. Longnor village is situated in the quieter side of the Peak District in the Staffordshire Moorlands, but remains within easy reach of all that the Peak District has to offer. Bakewell is just 10 miles away and Buxton is just 6 miles away. Longnor is a great place to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the modern world.

"Great weekend"

The village is perfect for lots of lovely walks and some stunning scenery. Two pubs, one a drinks only local and the other a foodie pub (good food). The apartment was perfectly situated in the middle … More

"Value for money, nicely equipped flat in wonderful countryside"

This top floor flat is cosy and well equipped. A great place to stay and explore the nearby countryside, eat, drink and shop locally. But Also very central to explore the wider Peak District being at a very convenient cross-roads. Safe car parking just outside on the market place and a comfortable bed guaranteed a good night's rest. Overall, a recommended place to stay and excellent value for money.

"Lovely big flat in excellent location, very good value for money"

Lovely big flat, beams, big sofa, lovely open plan kitchen lounge. Fasinating looking out the window overlooking the cobbled square, lots of walkers, scouts and families meeting up to start walks. Cyclists too. Two good pubs, wifi at one, best fish and chips shop ( you may have to queue !) and a cafe below the property. Morrisons 6 miles away for food otherwise the local shop and post office sell fresh pies, meat, cakes, veg etc. Lovely walks nearby...Chrome Hill a must....can't wait to go back and light the inviting log fire at this property and say hi to the piggies on the bath walls whilst waving to the church spire - excellent value for money. Well done Karen
