The cottages at Wolfscote Grange Farm retain a traditional holiday cottage feel and showcase original features such as exposed beams and homely décors. Situated on the owner's family farm, the properties are surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and spectacular views. Located only two miles from the pretty village of Hartington, visitors will never be far from exciting visitor attractions and outdoor enthusiasts will be impressed by the number of walks and trails starting right on the doorstep of these beautiful cottages. All of the cottages boast their own private patio area and Tom Boys Itself sleeps 4/6 and comprises of a spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area with dining table and chairs along with a sofabed and a TV with Sky, DVD player and Wifi. The first floor houses the bedrooms, one double and one twin along with a separate bathroom with shower over bath. Retaining a rustic feel and with room for one well behaved pet, this cottage is ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat to the countryside.

The Heart of England / Peak District / Peak District/Derbyshire region

The Peak District and Derbyshire is a contrast of high rolling moorland, craggy outcrops and picture post card vales and valleys with 'chocolate box' villages.
The whole area is dominated by Britain's first national park; The Peak District National Park which has been catering for visitors for many years. It's easy to get around with a good network of roads and excellent public transport.
There are many places of interest including some lovely towns and villages such as Bakewell, Buxton and Ashbourne as well as historical attractions like Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.
To the north of the region is the High Peak, with miles of heather moorland and great country walks and cycling.

The Buxton / Hartington area

The lovely old market village of Hartington lies on the river Dove, not far from the Staffordshire border, and is home to a delightful selection of attractions for those who wish to stay here. Boasting several pubs, shops and tea-rooms, Hartington is a great destination and the local farmhouse cheese shop selling local Stilton is sure to please any cheese enthusiasts out there. The famous 17th century Hartington Hall, now a hostel, is also well worth a visit with a restaurant and bar open to the public, serving locally brewed ales and fine local foods. Visitors who enjoy walking may also be pleased by the numerous routes and footpaths available around the area, in addition there are numerous cycle routes and horse riding opportunities on offer. The popular town of Buxton is also within easy reach, allowing visitors to explore the delights of this luxurious spa town, such as the famous Pavilion Gardens and Opera House.
