There is reverse cycle air conditioning and in house DVDs or those relaxing warm summer nights in. The property is a 5 minutes stroll to the beach, shops, and restaurants. With a few minutes drive you will be in the heart of Busselton or major attractions inc. the nautical lady, Busselton's historic jetty and underwater observatory.
Excellent fishing area and water sports activities including surf schools. You must also venture out on some day trips to see WA's world - class famous wine region, Margret river, Dunsborough's surfing beaches, beautiful coastline scenery and the historic caves of Yallingup. There is so much to see and all within a 20 minute drive of each other.

Busselton is a host to mant wonderful tourist attractions and is full of exciting activities for everyone to enjoy from watersports to historical landmarks including Busseltons iconic jetty(Longest in southern hemisphere, 2kms) with a train ride to take you to the end. Other attractions may include; Nautical lady water park. Fishing. Busselton jetty. Wineries. Surfing. Golfing. Cycling. Underwater observatory. Quindilup fauna park. Plus plenty more to see and do. No one will ever be bored visiting Busselton and it's surrounding amenities. The Esplanade hotel is within walking distance and a family favourite of ours with its Buffet style menu, TAB and friendly bar atmosphere.
How to get there
Just 220km from Perth's international airport, hire a car from Budget car rentals or Thrifty car rentals and take a journey at your own pace through Western Australia's southern wine regions or drive down along the coast of the south west's pristine beaches.
If driving isn't your ideal way of transport, there are plenty of coaches and bus tours departing Perth's international airport on a daily basis and when you get there, an extensive bus service to take you where you want to go.
