The cottage is ideally located for coastal walks, fishing, golf, pony trekking and as a touring base. It is close to the many attractions of the Causeway Coast including the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Dunluce Castle and the superb White Rocks beach popular with surfers and families. There is a range of restaurants in Bushmills village and the surrounding area.

Bushmills is a Conservation Area and the surrounding area is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which contains some of the most spectacular scenery anywhere.

The County Antrim region

County Antrim is probably best known for the Causeway Coast, its rugged coastline and sandy beaches. It also has delightful, peaceful villages, culture in the historic castles and of course the Bushmills distillery. The capital, Belfast provides great shopping, nightlife and restaurants and museums and galleries. The most popular attraction of the region is the Giants Causeway, where the scenery is the most spectacular that you are ever likely to come across. It is known as the eighth wonder of the world, where columns of basalt rise out of the sea.

"Very bright and clean house in a quiet cul de sac."

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay in this modern, very clean property. As soon as we opened the door we were in awe of how very clean everything was, bathrooms, kitchen, kitchen drawers even were spotless. The kitchen and utility had little extras that showed thought and a personal touch, such as washing detergent tablets, washing up liquid etc. The bedrooms and bedding were all very clean with comfortable mattresses and the added bonus of one ensuite.
The only down side I would have was that at times quiet a lot of noise carried through from the conjoining house which made an anxious house for us when we were trying to get our baby down to sleep in the early evening.
All in all we enjoyed our first experience of renting a house and would definitely consider returning again next year.

"comfortable home in good location"

stayed a few days in july with my husband,teenage sons,mother in law,aunt and dog and we all really enjoyed our stay.very clean.quiet cul de sac and liked the open plan lounge dining kitchen with lovely patio doors that opened out to garden with river behind.short walk to Bushmills and quite central..Everything we needed and happy we were allowed to bring our dog..comfy clean beds and kitchen had all we needed..lovely relaxing break..

"Perfect holiday home"

For a winter break the house was very warm and welcoming, plenty of space, liked the fact that there were three toilets. It was a real home from home and within walking distance into Bushmills so no problems if you wanted to go out for a drink. Well equipped and comfortable, even the beds were comfy. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The only negative is that the garden is not enclosed a small fence at the side would be an asset with small children and dogs. Would definitely go back again.
