Bushmills is a Conservation Area and the surrounding area is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which contains some of the most spectacular scenery anywhere.
The bungalow is ideally located for coastal walks, fishing, golf, pony trekking and as a touring base. It is close to the many attractions of the Causeway Coast including the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Dunluce Castle and the superb White Rocks beach. The shopping town of Coleraine is only 7 miles away and there is a wide range of restaurants in the village and the immediate surrounding area.

It is known as the eighth wonder of the world, where columns of basalt rise out of the sea. It is truly magnificent.

Fly to Belfast City Airport
From Belfast:
* Take the M2 north and the A26 signposted for Ballymena and Coleraine.
* Continue north towards Ballymoney.
* At the Portrush Road roundabout, turn right onto the B62 signposted for Portrush.
* 7 miles beyond Ballybogy, turn right onto the B17 signposted for Bushmills.
* At Bushmills, turn right onto Portrush Road.
* At The Diamond, turn right onto to the B66 Castlecatt Road to Dervock.
* Turn right into Bush Gardens 1/4 mile past Bushmills Distillery.

Melagh Cottage is available to rent all year round but weekend bookings are available only during the low season. Weekend rates are £90 for 1 night, £140 for 2 nights or £175 for 3 nights.
