The kitchen is very well equipped, including diswasher, washing machine, microwave and underfloor heating.

Siskin Cottage has a charming rustic feel, but with all the modern benefits of gas central heating throughout ( underfloor heating in the kitchen and shower room), and a cosy woodburner (multi fuel) in the sitting room.

The kitchen leads to a sunny garden room overlooking the garden with another dining table for 4 and sofa.

The cottage has a downstairs shower room with a corner bath and underfloor heating.

Upstairs is the master bedroom, leading to another charming bedroom with two single beds. All beds have luxurious cotton bed linen and good quality / non allergy pillows and duvets.

At the back of the cottage is a pretty south facing garden which is fully enclosed and ideal for children and pets. The garden is equipped with picnic bench, sun loungers and BBQ.

The property has the benefit of unlimited dedicated broadband / Wi fi connection.

The village of Beyton is a quaint Suffolk village with a central village green, stream and children's play area. Just off the green are the 2 pubs which both serve food.

The cottage is situated down a quiet lane but within easy reach of the A14 with links to Cambridge, Norwich and the historic town of Bury St.Edmunds (five miles).

There is also easy access to the medieval villages of Lavenham and Framlingham, and the cottage is within an hour away from

the Norfolk coastline and it's popular seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold.

Travel cot and highchair available on request.

Dogs are welcome at the extra charge of £20.00 per dog, per stay.

The local area surrounding Beyton is very pretty with a quiet rural feel, but yet with very easy access to many other places of great interest.

Bury St.Edmunds, which is only about 5 miles away, is a quaint medieval market town, with the Abbey Gardens and the Cathedral being of particular interest.

Just over the border into Norfolk, is Thetford forest, which is popular for family picnics, cyclists and dog walkers.

"Cosy cottage with modern twist."

A cottage of two halves. Great original features in the living room and bedrooms with the benefit of underfloor heating in the modern kitchen and a great conservatory which opens up the back of the property. Good size, well kept garden too. We all loved it and would definitely recommend a stay to anybody.
