This stylish and carefully thought through newly built apartment adjoins the owners property and provides comfortable and cosy accommodation for up to four guests. Located on a winding mountainside road leading from the village of Trimsaran in Camarthenshire, the property benefits from excellent views overlooking the surrounding areas and Ffos Las Racecourse. With luxury features, such as under-floor heating throughout, access to Wi-Fi and a complementary Welsh welcome tray, Cwrt-Y-Cadno is lovingly looked after by its owners. The clean and well decorated living area boasts three sofas, a satellite TV with DVD player and the kitchen/dining area is located on the ground floor and comes with a fold down table and chairs for four. The spacious bedroom can sleep up to four guests, with a double bed as well as a captain's single bed with an additional fold out single bed beneath, and there is a separate bathroom. Visitors are able to make use of the secure lock up shed for bicycles and other sporting equipment, if they so wish, as well as a garden with furniture. It is worth noting that due to the space saver paddle stairs in the property, it is not really suitable for young children or individuals with mobility difficulties.

The West Wales/Pembrokeshire region

This is an area of mountains, sea and national park and somewhere that has been attracting holidaymakers for many years. Pembrokeshire Coast national Park in the south west is a favourite holiday destination, with miles of coastal footpaths and wonderful seascapes; lots of Blue Flag beaches and seas rich in marine life. Further east Carmarthenshire also has lots to attract holidaymakers, with historic castles, mountains, rivers and of course coastline. No matter where you choose your never too far away from mountains and the sea and of course there is the thriving cities of Cardiff and Swansea to visit, where you'll find lots of first class shops, cafes and restaurants.

Burry Port

Cwrt Y Cadno is situated only three miles from the award winning Cefn Sidan Beach. With its seven miles of golden sands and scenic coastal walks, it is a perfect place to base a walking holiday or a peaceful Welsh retreat. Pembrey Country Park is also close by, offering visitors a plethora of outdoor based activities to while away the days with! From cycling to crazy golf and dry slope skiing, there is plenty to entertain the whole family in this beautiful area. The popular seaside town of Kidwelly is only four miles away and offers a number of local amenities such as shops, pubs and restaurants and even a Norman castle for visitors to sample. Other nearby attractions include Kymers canal, Kidwelly Quay, Bury Port, the Gwendraith Valley, Ffos Las Racecourse and Ashburnham Golf Club and the Millennium Coastal Park. Cwrt Y Cadno really is in an excellent position for exploring some of the best sights and attractions in Wales, yet it is also in a quiet enough area to be tucked away from the busy tourist trail!
