There is a roomy open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with a conservatory at the front. For sleeping there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, approached through a small hallway, also off of which is a bathroom with small corner bath, shower, toilet & sink.
There are 5 steps and a metal deckway leading to the front door with an additional door from the conservatory. To the side of the property is a grassed lawn with garden furniture, perfect for BBQ's and general chilling!
This is a perfect holiday home for couples or families who want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Brean & Burnham-on-Sea. Sandy Glade is located opposite the beach which is simply a 5 minute stroll away. The park itself has a lovely indoor swimming pool, outdoor children's park, shop and cafe, and not forgetting the all important entertainment centre where tribute bands and comedians perform, following the bingo and children's fun!

Burnham-on-Sea is a town in Somerset, England, at the mouth of the River Parrett and Bridgwater Bay. Burnham was a small village until the late 18th century, when it began to grow because of its popularity as a seaside resort. The concrete pier, built in 1911–1914,is claimed to be the shortest pier in Britain, located amongst the pretty promenades. In 2008, it was rated amongst the top five piers in Britain by the Daily Express. Burnham is a fantastic small town, not only know for it's quaintness of gift shops & tea rooms, but also the convenience of supermarkets such as Morrisons, Lidl & Tesco, and not forgetting that all important Wetherspoons!
Berrow & Brean village is a short 5 minute drive from Burnham, or a lovely walk along the coast. It is located between Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea.
